Claims (7)
- 接続対象機器における筐体の相手方嵌合部に嵌合される嵌合部、及び、前記筐体の被固定部に固定される固定部を有し、前記嵌合部の嵌合の進行と共に前記固定部を前記被固定部に当接させるハウジングと、
前記相手方嵌合部に設けた相手方電気接続部に対して、前記嵌合部の嵌合の進行と共に当接させることで電気的に接続させる第1電気接続部、及び、電線の端末に対して電気的に接続された第2電気接続部を有し、前記ハウジングの内方に収容された導電部材と、
前記固定部が前記被固定部に当接する前に前記第1電気接続部が前記相手方電気接続部に当接した場合、前記固定部が前記被固定部に当接するまでの間、前記第1電気接続部を前記相手方電気接続部に当接させた状態のまま前記導電部材及び前記電線の端末を退避させる退避機構と、
を備えることを特徴としたコネクタ。 - 前記嵌合部の前記相手方嵌合部に対する挿抜方向に沿う螺合軸を有する螺子部材であり、前記電線の端末に取り付けられた端子金具の電気接続部と前記導電部材の前記第2電気接続部とを締結させる雄螺子部材及び雌螺子部材を備え、
前記退避機構は、互いに螺合された前記雄螺子部材と前記雌螺子部材の内の一方の螺子部材における前記第2電気接続部及び前記電気接続部からの突出部と、前記突出部を前記螺合軸に沿って案内可能な前記ハウジングの退避時案内部と、を備えることを特徴とした請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記導電部材及び前記電線の端末を前記ハウジングに対して前記退避機構とは逆向きに相対移動させることが可能な可動機構を備え、
前記可動機構は、前記固定部が前記被固定部に当接した後で且つ前記第1電気接続部が前記相手方電気接続部に当接していない場合に、前記第1電気接続部が前記相手方電気接続部に当接するまで前記導電部材及び前記電線の端末を前記ハウジングに対して相対移動し得るよう構成することを特徴とした請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記嵌合部の前記相手方嵌合部に対する挿抜方向に沿う螺合軸を有する螺子部材であり、前記電線の端末に取り付けられた端子金具の電気接続部と前記導電部材の前記第2電気接続部とを締結させる雄螺子部材及び雌螺子部材を備え、
前記退避機構は、互いに螺合された前記雄螺子部材と前記雌螺子部材の内の一方の螺子部材における前記第2電気接続部及び前記電気接続部からの突出部と、一方の前記螺子部材の前記突出部を前記螺合軸に沿って案内可能な前記ハウジングの退避時案内部と、を備え、
前記可動機構は、互いに螺合された前記雄螺子部材と前記雌螺子部材の内の他方の螺子部材における前記第2電気接続部及び前記電気接続部からの突出部と、他方の前記螺子部材の前記突出部を前記螺合軸に沿って案内可能な前記ハウジングの可動時案内部と、を備えることを特徴とした請求項3に記載のコネクタ。 - 互いに螺合された前記雄螺子部材と前記雌螺子部材は、前記雄螺子部材の多角形の頭部を前記退避機構の前記突出部として利用すると共に、多角形の前記雌螺子部材そのものを前記可動機構の前記突出部として利用し、
前記ハウジングは、前記雄螺子部材の前記頭部を収容する第1螺子収容室と、前記雌螺子部材を収容する第2螺子収容室と、を有し、
前記第1螺子収容室は、前記雄螺子部材の前記頭部を螺合軸に沿って相対移動し得るように形成して、前記退避時案内部として利用し、
前記第2螺子収容室は、前記雌螺子部材を螺合軸に沿って相対移動し得るように形成して、前記可動時案内部として利用することを特徴とした請求項4に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記第2螺子収容室は、前記雌螺子部材の外周面に隣接対向する前記外周面毎の内周面と、隣り合う前記内周面の間の角部に設け、前記雌螺子部材における隣り合う前記外周面の間の角部が収容される切欠き部と、を有し、
前記切欠き部は、隣り合う2つの前記内周面を繋ぐ弧状面を有することを特徴とした請求項5に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記固定部と前記第1電気接続部は、前記嵌合部の前記相手方嵌合部に対する挿抜方向にてオフセットさせて配置することを特徴とした請求項1から6の内の何れか1つに記載のコネクタ。
