Claims (17)
- 電気駆動車両、特に電気バス等のための急速充電システム(10、82、94、98)の接触装置(11、99)を搭載するための搭載器(101)であって、前記接触装置は、車両と充電接触ユニット(12、89、100)を備える据え置き型充電ステーションとの間で導電接続を形成する役目を果たし、前記接触装置を車両(103)に配置することができ、前記接触装置が接触器(14、83、114)を備え、前記接触器が前記充電接触ユニットと接触することができ、前記接触装置が位置決め器(15、113)を備え、前記位置決め器を用いて、前記接触器を前記充電接触ユニット及び車両に対して垂直方向及び水平方向で位置決めすることができるとともに、前記接触器を前記充電接触ユニットにおける接触位置(115)から前記車両上の前記搭載器における搭載位置(117)へと至らせることができ、前記搭載器は、案内器(119)を備える受け入れ開口(122)を形成し、前記案内器によって前記接触器を水平方向で前記搭載位置に位置させることができ、前記案内器は、前記接触器を前記搭載位置へと案内するようになっており、前記接触器が垂直方向に前記搭載器へ向けて移動させられることで、前記搭載器は走行方向に対して直交する垂直方向及び水平方向に前記接触器を位置決めできる、搭載器(101)。
- 前記接触器(14、83、114)が前記案内器を用いて前記案内器(119)に対して中心付けられ得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搭載器。
- 前記案内器(119)は、前記接触器(14、83、114)を前記搭載位置(117)へと案内するためのV形状の受け入れ開口(122)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の搭載器。
- 前記搭載位置(117)では、前記案内器(119)が垂直方向でリニアガイド(123)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の搭載器。
- 前記搭載器(101)が前記接触器(14、83、114)のための洗浄器(120)を有し、前記洗浄器は、前記搭載位置(117)への前記接触器の移動の前及び/又は後に前記接触器の接触要素(17、84、128)が前記洗浄器と接触するように配置されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の搭載器。
- 前記洗浄器(120)がブラシ(127)及び/又はワイパーであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の搭載器。
- 電気駆動車両、特に電気バス等のための急速充電システム(10、82、94、98)の搭載器(101)に搭載されるための接触装置(11、99)であって、前記接触装置は、車両と充電接触ユニット(12、89、100)を備える据え置き型充電ステーションとの間で導電接続を形成する役目を果たし、前記接触装置を車両(103)に配置することができ、前記接触装置が接触器(14、83、114)を備え、前記接触器が前記充電接触ユニットと接触することができ、前記接触装置が位置決め器(15、113)を備え、前記位置決め器を用いて、前記接触器を前記充電接触ユニット及び車両に対して垂直方向及び水平方向で位置決めすることができるとともに、前記接触器を前記充電接触ユニットにおける接触位置(115)から前記車両上の前記搭載器における搭載位置(117)へと至らせることができ、前記搭載器は、案内器(119)を備える受け入れ開口(122)を形成し、前記案内器によって前記接触器を水平方向で前記搭載位置に位置させることができ、前記接触器は、前記案内器を用いて前記搭載位置へと案内されるようになっており、前記接触器は、垂直方向に前記搭載器へ向けて移動させられることで、前記搭載器によって走行方向に対して直交する垂直方向及び水平方向に位置決めされる、接触装置(11、99)。
- 前記位置決め器(15、113)が横方向ガイド(25、111)を有し、該横方向ガイドを用いて前記接触器(14、83、114)が前記充電接触ユニット(12、89、100)及び前記車両(103)に対して横方向で位置決めされ、前記横方向ガイドは、前記位置決め器のパンタグラフ又は揺動アーム(19、112)の先端に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接触装置。
- 前記接触器(14、83、114)は、前記横方向ガイド(25、111)上に自由に移動できる態様で配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の接触装置。
- 前記接触器(14、83、114)は、接触要素(17、84、128)を備える接触要素支持体(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の接触装置。
- 前記接触要素支持体(16)は、該接触要素支持体を案内するための前記案内器(119)の案内面と適合するようになっている2つの位置決め面を形成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の接触装置。
- 前記接触要素支持体(16)は、前記案内器(119)のガイドトラック(125)と接触するようになっている2つの転動体(126)を有することを特徴とする請求項10又は請求項11に記載の接触装置。
- 前記接触装置(11、99)の前記位置決め器(15、113)が回動機構を有し、該回動機構によって前記接触要素支持体(16)を該接触要素支持体の垂直軸(116)に対して傾けることができることを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の接触装置。
- 前記回動機構が前記位置決め器(15、113)のリンク(108)として実現されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の接触装置。
- 前記回動機構を用いて、前記接触位置(115)では前記接触要素支持体(16)を前記充電接触ユニット(12、89、100)に対して直交して位置合わせすることができ、前記搭載位置(117)では前記接触要素支持体(16)を前記車両の水平ルーフ(102)に対して傾けることができることを特徴とする請求項13又は請求項14に記載の接触装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の搭載器(101)及び/又は請求項7から15のいずれか一項に記載の接触装置(11、99)を備える急速充電システム(10、82、94、98)。
- 接触装置と搭載器とを備える特に電気バス等の電気駆動車両用の急速充電システム(10、82、94、98)の搭載器(101)に接触装置(11、99)を搭載するための方法であって、前記接触装置及び前記搭載器が車両(103)上に配置され、前記接触装置が接触器(14、83、114)を備え、前記接触器が充電接触ユニット(12、89、100)と接触させられ、前記接触装置が位置決め器(15、113)を備え、前記位置決め器を用いて、前記接触器が前記充電接触ユニット及び車両に対して垂直方向及び水平方向で位置決めされるとともに、前記接触器が前記充電接触ユニットにおける接触位置(115)から前記車両上の前記搭載器における搭載位置(117)へと至らされ、前記搭載器は、案内器(119)を備える受け入れ開口(122)を形成し、前記案内器によって前記接触器が前記搭載位置へと水平方向で案内されて位置決めされるようになっており、前記接触器は、垂直方向に前記搭載器へ向けて移動させられることで、前記搭載器によって走行方向に対して直交する垂直方向及び水平方向に位置決めされる、方法。
