Description
図1及び図2は、本発明の実施形態に係るダイカストマシン1の要部構成を示す、一部に断面図を含む側面図である。図1は、ダイカストマシン1の型開状態を示している。図2は、ダイカストマシン1の型閉状態を示している。
以上の構成を有するダイカストマシン1の動作を説明する。
まず、ダイカストマシン1の成形サイクルにおける動作を説明する。
図5は、ダイカストマシン1が実行するストッパの位置調整のための処理の手順を示すフローチャートである。この処理は、例えば、金型交換時、又は、ダイカストマシン1の稼働時(複数の成形サイクルの前)等において行われる。
すなわち、ストッパ装置は、少なくとも駆動部と、ストッパ部とを有し、駆動部とストッパ部との間に巻き掛け伝動機構のような遊びが比較的大きい変換機構等が介在していなければよい。
Claims (4)
- 固定プラテンと、
前記固定プラテンに対して型開閉方向に移動可能な移動プラテンと、
前記固定プラテン及び前記移動プラテンの一方のプラテンに連結され、前記固定プラテン及び前記移動プラテンの他方のプラテン側に被係合部を有するタイバーと、
前記他方のプラテンに設置され、内部に前記型開閉方向に移動可能なピストンを有する型締シリンダと、
前記ピストンに連結され、前記被係合部と噛み合い可能な分割ナット装置と、
前記分割ナット装置の前記他方のプラテンに対する前記一方のプラテン側への移動を規制するストッパ装置と、
を備え、
前記ストッパ装置は、
駆動部と、
前記駆動部の回転を前記型開閉方向の並進運動に変換する変換機構と、
前記変換機構の並進運動により前記他方のプラテンに対して前記型開閉方向に駆動され、前記分割ナット装置に対して前記一方のプラテン側から係合可能なストッパ部と、
を有し、
前記変換機構は、
前記駆動部の出力軸に同心状に固定されたピニオンと、
前記型締シリンダのシリンダ部をその軸回りに囲む環状に形成され、外周側に前記ピニオンに噛み合うギヤ部を有するとともに、内周側に雌ねじ部を有するナットギヤと、
前記シリンダ部に設けられ、前記雌ねじ部に螺合する雄ねじ部と、を有し、
前記ストッパ部は、前記ナットギヤの前記一方のプラテンとは反対側の面により構成されている
型締装置。 - 複数の前記タイバーと、
前記複数のタイバーに対応して設けられた複数の前記ストッパ装置と、
前記複数のストッパ装置の駆動部を独立に制御可能な制御装置と、
を有する請求項1に記載の型締装置。 - 前記型締シリンダを制御することにより、前記ピストンを前記一方のプラテンとは反対側に移動させて前記分割ナット装置を前記ストッパ部から離反させ、その離反させた状態で、前記駆動部を制御することにより、所定の型厚情報に基づいて算出された位置へ前記ストッパ部を移動させる、制御装置を有する
請求項1又は2に記載の型締装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の型締装置を備えた成形装置。
