Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態にかかる内燃機関及びその制御装置の構成を示す図であり、この図に示す内燃機関(以下「エンジン」という)1は、例えば4気筒を有し、各気筒には、燃焼室内に直接燃料を噴射するインジェクタ6が設けられている。インジェクタ6の作動は電子制御ユニット(以下「ECU」という)5により制御される。またエンジン1の各気筒には点火プラグ8が装着されており、ECU5によって点火プラグ8による点火時期が制御される。エンジン1の吸気通路2にはスロットル弁3が配置されている。
1)下記の関係を満たすインデクスパラメータiの値iXを決定する(iXは、「0」から「8」までの間の整数値をとる)。

2)下記式(1)により補間比率KINTを算出する。

3)補間比率KINTを下記式(2)〜(4)に適用して、目標吸入空気流量GAIRCMD、目標EGR流量GEGRCMD、及び目標吸気圧PBACMDを算出する。

ステップS20では、レートリミット処理におけるステップS22及びS24の演算に適用する増加量DGEGRR及び減少量DGEGRFをエンジン回転数NEに応じて算出する。増加量DGEGRR及び減少量DGEGRFは、ともにエンジン回転数NEが増加するほど増加するように設定される。

Claims (3)
- 排気を吸気通路に還流する排気還流装置を備える内燃機関の制御装置であって、前記吸気通路内に設けられたスロットル弁の目標開度を算出する目標開度算出手段と、前記スロットル弁の実際の開度が前記目標開度と一致するように前記スロットル弁を駆動するスロットル弁駆動手段とを備える制御装置において、
前記機関の目標トルクを算出する目標トルク算出手段と、
前記目標トルクに基づいて前記機関の目標吸入空気流量を算出する目標吸入空気流量算出手段と、
前記目標吸入空気流量に基づいて目標吸気圧を算出する目標吸気圧算出手段と、
前記目標吸入空気流量に基づいて目標還流排気流量を算出する目標還流排気流量算出手段と、
前記目標還流排気流量について還流排気流量変化遅れ処理を行うことにより、補正目標還流排気流量を算出する補正目標還流排気流量算出手段と、
前記排気還流装置に設けられた還流排気流量調整弁の開度を、前記排気還流装置を介して還流される排気の流量である還流排気流量が前記目標還流排気流量と一致するように制御する流量調整弁制御手段とを備え、
前記目標吸気圧算出手段は、前記目標吸入空気流量及び前記補正目標還流排気流量を用いて前記目標吸気圧を算出することによって、前記還流排気流量の変化遅れに対応する吸気圧変化遅れ処理を実行し、
前記目標開度算出手段は、前記目標吸入空気流量及び前記目標吸気圧を用いて前記目標開度を算出し、
前記流量調整弁制御手段は、前記目標トルクと同様に変化し、前記吸気圧変化遅れ処理が行われていない目標吸気圧に相当する遅れ無し目標吸気圧を算出し、
前記目標還流排気流量及び前記遅れ無し目標吸気圧に基づいて前記還流排気流量調整弁の開度を制御することを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記還流排気流量変化遅れ処理は、むだ時間に対応する遅れ処理と、変化速度を制限するレートリミット処理とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記目標吸入空気流量算出手段は、
前記目標吸入空気流量の複数の候補値を算出する候補値算出手段と、
前記複数の候補値に対応する、前記機関の複数の仮点火時期を用いて、前記複数の候補値に対応する複数の推定機関出力トルク値を算出する推定機関出力トルク値算出手段とを備え、
前記推定機関出力トルク値と前記目標トルクとの関係と、前記複数の候補値とに基づいて、前記目標吸入空気流量を算出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
