Claims (8)
- 端子ハウジングの底部と、
前記端子ハウジングの上部であって、片側にブラケットコネクタを有し、前記ブラケットコネクタが前記端子ハウジングと他の端子ハウジングとを並置させて前記他の端子ハウジングに噛み合い且つ前記上部が合わせ目に沿い前記底部に封止されて噛み合った上部と
、および
前記端子ハウジングの前記上部内に配置され、コネクタピンと電気接続している電線を固定する第1の電線終端点であって、前記コネクタピンがプリント回路基板に電気接続されるべく前記端子ハウジングにおける前記底部の底面から伸びている、第1の電線終端点と
を備え、
前記端子ハウジングはライザーとしての1個または複数の足を備えて、これら足が前記端子ハウジングの前記底面を前記プリント回路基板から離すことができ、
前記第1の電線終端点はケージを含み、
前記ケージは、ねじによって作動される一方、前記端子ハウジングの側面を囲む外部環境から隔離され且つ前記端子ハウジング内の他のケージから分離される、電気端子。 - 前記端子ハウジングの底面が、前記コネクタピンの周辺で実質的に封止され、混入物、湿気、または封止剤の内の少なくとも1種が前記端子ハウジングに侵入するのを実質的に防ぐ、請求項1に記載の電気端子。
- 前記1個または複数の足が前記コネクタピンに隣接して配置され、前記コネクタピンが前記プリント回路基板に接続されるとき、前記コネクタピンと前記1個または複数の足の反対側の隣接電気回路構成要素との間の電気的漏れ経路の発生の可能性を減らす、請求項1又は2に記載の電気端子。
- 前記端子ハウジングが、前記上部に超音波溶接によって接合された前記底部を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記底部および前記上部が封止状態で組み合わされ、前記端子ハウジングの前記底面および側面に隣接する外部環境から前記端子ハウジング内の前記第1の電線終端点を実質的に分離する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記端子ハウジング内に配置されかつ前記第1の電線終端点に隣接する第2の電線終端点をさらに含み、前記底部および前記上部が前記第1および第2の電線終端点を分離する壁を形成する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記端子ハウジングの前記上部および前記底部が、オーバーモールド成形、接着剤、または封止剤の内の少なくとも1種により封止される、請求項1〜3,5,6のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記第1の電線終端点が、ケージクランプ端子である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
