Claims (20)
- 電気端子であって、
ハウジング、および
前記ハウジング内に配置され、コネクタピンと電気接続している電線を固定する第1の電線クランプを含み、プリント回路基板に電気接続される前記コネクタピンが前記ハウジングの底面から伸び、前記ハウジングが、1個または複数の足を備え、前記ハウジングの前記底面を前記プリント回路基板から離すことができる電気端子。 - 前記ハウジングの底面が、前記コネクタピンの周辺で実質的に封止され、混入物、湿気、または封止剤の内の少なくとも1種が前記ハウジングに侵入するのを実質的に防ぐ、請求項1に記載の電気端子。
- 前記1個または複数の足が、前記コネクタピンに隣接して配置され、前記コネクタピンが前記プリント回路基板に接続される場合、前記コネクタピンおよび前記1個または複数の足の反対側の隣接電気回路構成要素の間の電気的漏れ経路の発生の可能性を減らす、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記ハウジングが、
ベース部、および
上部、
を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。 - 前記ベース部および前記上部が、封止状態で組み合わされ、前記ハウジングの前記底面および側面に隣接する外部環境から前記ハウジング内の前記電線クランプを実質的に分離する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記ハウジング内に配置された、前記第1の電線クランプに隣接する第2の電線クランプをさらに含み、前記ベース部および前記上部が、前記第1および第2の電線クランプを分離する壁を形成する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記ハウジングの前記上部および底部が、超音波溶接、オーバーモールド成形、接着剤、または封止剤の内の少なくとも1種により封止される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記電気端子が、ケージクランプ端子である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 電気端子であって、
第1の電線の末端を受ける開口部を備えた本体、
前記第1の電線の末端を固定するための前記本体内の第1のワイヤホルダ、および
前記本体の底面から伸びる回路基板に電気接続される第1のコネクタピン
を含み、前記ワイヤホルダが、前記コネクタピンと電気接続されている前記電線の末端を固定でき、前記本体が、前記第1のコネクタピンに隣接する前記本体の底面から伸び、前記本体の底面および前記回路基板の間に空隙を与えるスペーサーを含む、
電気端子。 - 前記ハウジングの底面が封止され、前記ハウジングに封止剤を侵入させることなく、前記回路基板の封止を可能とする、請求項9に記載の電気端子。
- 前記コネクタピンが前記回路基板に接続される場合、前記スペーサーが、前記コネクタピンおよび隣接する前記回路基板の電気回路構成要素の間に配置される、請求項9〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記第1のワイヤホルダが、封止状態で前記ハウジング内に収容され、前記ハウジングに侵入する混入物、封止剤、または湿気の内の少なくとも1種が低減される、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記第1のワイヤホルダに隣接する、前記本体内の第2のワイヤホルダをさらに含み、第2のコネクタピンに電気接続している第2の電線の末端を固定し、前記第2のコネクタピンが前記第1のコネクタピンに隣接する前記本体の底面から伸びる、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記本体が、
ベース部、および
上部
を含み、前記ベース部および上部が、前記第1および第2のワイヤホルダの間に内部壁を形成する、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。 - 前記スペーサーが、前記第1および第2のコネクタピンの間に位置し、前記第1のコネクタピンおよび前記第2のコネクタピンの間の電気的漏れ経路の発生を減らす、請求項9〜14のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記ハウジングの上部および底部が、超音波溶接、オーバーモールド成形、接着剤、または封止剤の内の少なくとも1種により封止される、請求項9〜15のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 電気端子であって、
第1の電線の第1の末端を受ける開口部を備えるハウジング、
前記ハウジングの底面の穴を通って前記ハウジングの底面から伸び、はんだ接合を介して回路基板に接続される第1のコネクタピン、
前記ハウジングに収容され、前記第1のコネクタピンと電気接続している前記電線の末端を固定する第1のクランプ、および
前記ハウジングの前記底面から伸び、前記ハウジングの前記底面を前記回路基板から離すように持ち上げ、前記はんだ接合部周りで前記ハウジング下方へのアクセスを可能とするライザー、
を含む電気端子。 - 前記ベース部の底面の穴が、前記コネクタピンに実質的に適合されて、混入物、湿気、または封止剤の内の少なくとも1種の前記ハウジングへの侵入を減らす、請求項17に記載の電気端子。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記ハウジングに収容された第2のクランプから前記ハウジングに収容された前記第1のクランプを分離する内部壁を備え、前記第2のクランプが第2のコネクタピンと電気接続している第2の電線の第2の末端を固定する、請求項17〜18のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
- 前記ライザーの少なくとも一部が、前記第1のコネクタピンおよび前記第2のコネクタピンの間に配置される、請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載の電気端子。
