Description
図1(a)は、本実施形態のターボポンプ1の概略構成を模式的に示す断面図である。また、図1(b)は、図1(a)のA領域の拡大図である。図1(a)に示すように、本実施形態のターボポンプ1は、ハウジング2と、インペラ3と、タービンディスク4と、翼列5と、シャフト6と、軸受7と、シール部8と、スリンガ9とを備えている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態の説明において、上記第1実施形態と同様の部分については、その説明を省略あるいは簡略化する。

Claims (4)
- 液体を加圧するインペラと、翼列が設けられるタービンディスクと、前記インペラと前記タービンディスクとを連結するシャフトと、前記シャフトを軸支する軸受と、前記インペラ、前記タービンディスク、前記シャフト及び前記軸受を収容するハウジングとを有するターボポンプであって、
前記軸受と前記タービンディスクとの間に設けられるシール部と、
前記軸受と前記シール部との間に配置され、かつ、前記シャフトに固定されるディスク及び前記ディスクの前記シール部側に複数設けられる翼部を有するスリンガと、
前記ハウジングの内部を、互いに隙間流路を介して接続される、前記スリンガの翼部が配置される減圧室と、前記軸受が収容される軸受収容室とに区分けする仕切壁と
を備え、
前記減圧室は、前記スリンガの翼部よりも前記シャフトの径方向外側まで延設して設けられている
ことを特徴とするターボポンプ。 - 液体を加圧するインペラと、翼列が設けられるタービンディスクと、前記インペラと前記タービンディスクとを連結するシャフトと、前記シャフトを軸支する軸受と、前記インペラ、前記タービンディスク、前記シャフト及び前記軸受を収容するハウジングとを有するターボポンプであって、
前記軸受と前記タービンディスクとの間に設けられるシール部と、
前記軸受と前記シール部との間に配置され、かつ、前記シャフトに固定されるディスク及び前記ディスクの前記シール部側に複数設けられる翼部を有するスリンガと、
前記ハウジングの内部を、互いに隙間流路を介して接続される、前記スリンガの翼部が配置される減圧室と、前記軸受が収容される軸受収容室とに区分けする仕切壁と
を備え、
前記仕切壁あるいは前記スリンガのディスクに設けられると共に前記隙間流路に配置される突起部を備える
ことを特徴とするターボポンプ。 - 前記隙間流路は、前記スリンガのディスクと前記仕切壁とによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のターボポンプ。
- 前記仕切壁は、前記ハウジングの一部として設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載のターボポンプ。
