Claims (5)
- 少なくとも第1体(26a)および第2体(26b)を相互に結合して構成されるケース(26)と、前記第1体(26a)および前記第2体(26b)に跨がって支持される第1軸(42)に設けられる第1ギア群(44)と、第2軸(43)に設けられ、第1ギア群(44)と噛み合う第2ギア群(45)と、前記第1ギア群(44)および前記第2ギア群(45)の上方に配置され、小孔(83)を備えるオイルパイプ(55)とを備える変速機(41)において、
前記オイルパイプ(55)には、前記ケース(26)の内側において、前記第1体(26a)の内面に当接し、一方向外側への軸方向位置を規制する第1規制部(84)と、前記第2体(26b)の内面に当接し、他方向外側への軸方向位置および回転を規制する第2規制部(85)とが固定されている
ことを特徴とする変速機。
- 請求項1に記載の変速機において、前記第2規制部(85)は、前記オイルパイプ(55)の外周から外方に延びるアーム部(89)を備え、前記アーム部(89)が前記第2体(26b)の外周壁(95)の内面に2カ所で当接することを特徴とする変速機。
- 請求項2に記載の変速機において、前記アーム部(89)は、前記第2体(26b)の軸支持面(91)に当接することで前記オイルパイプ(55)の軸方向位置を規制することを特徴とする変速機。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の変速機において、前記第1規制部(84)は、前記第2規制部(85)と相違する形状を有することを特徴とする変速機。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の変速機において、
前記第1体(26a)内には、スカベンジポンプ(78)に通じ、前記第1体(26a)の内面に位置する開口(79a)で前記オイルパイプ(55)の一端を受け入れ支持する第1油路(79)が形成され、
前記第2体(26b)内には、前記第2軸(43)の中空空間(76)に通じ、前記第2体(26b)の内面に位置する開口(81a)で前記オイルパイプ(55)の他端を受け入れ支持する第2油路(81)が形成される
ことを特徴とする変速機。
