Claims (8)
- 第一液と第二液からなる混合液を吸引および吐出して撹拌処理する撹拌方法であって、
前記混合液の全液量が所定の閾値よりも多い場合には、前記混合液のうち第1の量を吸引および吐出する撹拌処理を1回行い、
前記混合液の全液量が前記所定の閾値よりも少ない場合には、前記混合液のうち前記第1の量より少ない第2の量を吸引および吐出する攪拌処理を複数回繰り返して実施することを特徴とする攪拌方法。 - 請求項1記載の攪拌方法において、
前記閾値が80μLであることを特徴とする攪拌方法。 - 請求項1記載の攪拌方法において、
前記第1の量および前記第2の量は、混合液の全液量よりも少ないことを特徴とする攪拌方法。 - 請求項3記載の攪拌方法において、
前記攪拌処理中の吸引時におけるシリンジ駆動量よりも、吐出時におけるシリンジ駆動量が大きいことを特徴とする攪拌方法。 - 請求項1記載の攪拌方法において、
前記第一液は希釈液または試薬であり、前記第二液は検体であることを特徴とする攪拌方法。 - 請求項1記載の攪拌方法において、
前記混合液の全液量が前記所定の閾値よりも多い場合に一回の攪拌処理をおこなう時間で、前記混合液の全液量が前記所定の閾値よりも少ない場合に前記第2の量を吸引および吐出する撹拌処理を複数回おこなうことを特徴とする攪拌方法。 - 請求項1記載の攪拌方法において、
第一の容器内に希釈液および検体を分注する工程と、
前記第一の容器内で吸引吐出攪拌を実施して第一の希釈検体を作成する工程と、
前記第一の容器とは異なる第二の容器内に希釈液および前記第一の希釈検体を分注する工程と、
前記第二の容器内で吸引吐出攪拌を実施して第二の希釈検体を作成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする攪拌方法。 - 複数種類の液体の混合液を収容可能な容器と、
前記混合液を前記容器から吸引し、当該容器内に吐出するプローブと、
前記混合液の全液量が所定の閾値よりも多い場合には、前記混合液のうち第1の量を吸引および吐出する撹拌処理を1回行い、前記混合液の全液量が前記所定の閾値よりも少ない場合には、前記混合液のうち前記第1の量より少ない第2の量を吸引および吐出する撹拌処理を複数回実施するよう制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
