Description
Claims (10)
- 合わせ材の構成の一部であるガラス板の曲げ加工方法であって、前記ガラス板が軟化するまで温度を上昇させるステップ、前記ガラス板を成形するステップを含み、この成形後、前記ガラス板がガラス転移域の温度以下の温度に急速に冷却され、前記冷却が、制御された温度の雰囲気下、この雰囲気に曝露された前記ガラス板の両面を処理する強制対流であって、且つこれらのガラス板がこの冷却中に支持体と接触している場合には、任意選択でこれらのガラス板の縁部を除いた、これらのガラス板の全面にわたり一様な温度を確実にする強制対流を伴い行われること、前記強制対流が、前記ガラス板のまわりのガス流の循環であること、及び前記ガラス板の前記縁部を除き、前記ガラス板の表面の温度差が前記冷却中に20℃未満に維持されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記ガラス板の前記縁部を除き、前記ガラス板の表面の温度差が前記冷却中に10℃未満に維持される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記対流の強さが、熱交換によって1℃/秒以上の前記ガラス板の温度降下が起こるように調節される、請求項1又は2に記載の曲げ加工方法。
- 前記対流の強さが、熱交換によって1.5℃/秒以上の前記ガラス板の温度降下が起こるように調節される、請求項3に記載の曲げ加工方法。
- 前記雰囲気の前記温度が360℃〜480℃に維持される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記雰囲気の前記温度が400℃〜460℃に維持される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス板の前記冷却により、前記ガラス板が前記ガラス転移域の前記温度未満の温度に至る、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス板の前記冷却により、前記ガラス板が前記ガラス転移温度未満の温度に至り、次に、先行する冷却操作で導入された応力を緩和するため、前記ガラス板がガラス転移温度域の近傍まで加熱され、この加熱の後に新しい冷却操作が続く、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス板の前記加熱により、前記ガラス板が、前記ガラス転移域の前記温度を20℃より大きく上回らない温度に至る、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス板の前記加熱により、前記ガラス板が、前記ガラス転移域の前記温度を10℃より大きく上回らない温度に至る、請求項9に記載の方法。
