Description

Claims (14)
- バッテリに接続されて電気ハイブリッド車両の推進を補助する電気モータと、
排気導管を有する燃焼エンジンと、
前記排気導管の内部に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記バッテリへの充電電流又は前記電気モータへの電流を供給するように構成された発電機に連結されるタービンと、
開かれているときは前記排気導管からの流体流が前記タービンを迂回し、閉じられているときは前記タービンを回転させるように構成され、開度を決定するようにコンピュータで操作されるウェイストゲートと、
前記ウェイストゲートの前記開度を制御する制御部であって、エンジンが停止又はアイドリング状態から回転速度を上げるときの前記流体流の圧力が所定範囲の低圧である場合に前記ウェイストゲートを開いて前記電気ハイブリッド車両が加速している間に前記燃焼エンジンからの排気流の自由な流れを可能にするように構成された制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記流体流の圧力が前記低圧よりも高い所定範囲の中圧で前記ウェイストゲートを閉じ、前記バッテリが完全に充電されかつ前記中圧よりも高い所定の閾値に到達したときに、前記ウェイストゲートを開いて前記流体流の圧力を開放するように構成される、電気ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記タービンの前の前記排気導管内で圧力を得るための圧力センサと、前記タービンの回転速度を得るための速度センサと、前記バッテリの充電量を得るための電力センサとをさらに備え、
前記コンピュータは、前記圧力センサ、前記速度センサ、及び前記電力センサから得られた情報に基づいて、前記ウェイストゲートを開くように構成される、請求項1に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記排気導管は、前記タービンが配置される第1の区間と、前記ウェイストゲートが配置される第2の部分とに分岐し、
前記第2の部分は、前記タービンの周りに迂回経路を提供する、請求項2に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記ウェイストゲートを作動させるように前記ウェイストゲートに連結された電気モータをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
- 前記ウェイストゲートは、前記排気導管の前記第2の部分の内部に位置し、前記排気導管の前記第2の部分の内周に一致する外周を有するゲートバルブを備える、請求項4に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
- 前記ゲートバルブは、前記ゲートバルブの回転により前記ウェイストゲートを開閉するように、前記排気導管にヒンジ固定される、請求項5に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
- 前記ゲートバルブは、コンピュータによって制御される電気モータに連結される、請求項6に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
- 前記タービンが前記発電機よりも高速で回転するように、前記タービンと前記発電機との間にギアセットをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
- 前記タービン及び前記発電機が同等の速度で回転するように、前記タービンと前記発電機が直接接続される、請求項2に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
- 前記排気導管は、前記燃焼エンジンに直に隣接する寸法が縮小された第1の部分と、タービン入口において燃焼エンジン出口と比較して排気ガスの圧力を低減するように寸法が拡大されて前記タービンのすぐ上流に位置する第2の部分と、を備える、請求項1に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
- 前記排気導管は、前記第1の部分からの迂回部分を備え、
前記迂回部分は、前記タービンに関与することなく、前記燃焼エンジンからの排気流体のための代替出口経路を提供する、請求項10に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記迂回部分は、前記迂回部分を選択的に開閉して流体を排出するためのウェイストゲートを備える、請求項11に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
- 前記発電機は、電力変換装置及び制御装置を介して前記バッテリへ充電電力を供給する、請求項1に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
- 前記発電機は、電力変換装置及び制御装置へ充電電力を送り、前記電力変換装置及び制御装置は、電流を送って前記電気モータを回転させる、請求項1に記載の電気ハイブリッド車両。
