Claims (7)
- スロットル弁を閉じた場合にエンジンを停止する一方、前記エンジンの停止後に前記スロットル弁を開いた場合に前記エンジンを始動するエンジン始動制御装置であって、
エンジン回転速度を検出する検出手段と、
前記スロットル弁を開いた後に単一のクランク位置における前記エンジン回転速度が閾値以上である場合に前記エンジンを正転駆動する一方、当該エンジン回転速度が前記閾値より小さい場合に前記エンジンを逆転駆動した後に前記エンジンを正転駆動する制御手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記スロットル弁を開いた後に前記単一のクランク位置まで前記エンジンを正転駆動させる過程で前記エンジン回転速度が前記閾値を下回る場合には、前記エンジンを逆転駆動した後に前記エンジンを正転駆動し、スロットル開度の大きさに応じて、スロットル開度が大きくなるほど前記閾値を大きくすることを特徴とするエンジン始動制御装置。 - 吸気温度に応じて、吸気温度が低くなるほど前記閾値を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- エンジン水温に応じて、エンジン水温が低くなるほど前記閾値を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記エンジンを逆転駆動する前に前記エンジンのブレーキ制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記エンジンを逆転駆動する場合、前記エンジンの回転がシリンダ内圧により停止するタイミングで逆転制御することを特徴とする請求項4記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記エンジンの駆動をスタータジェネレータにより実行することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記単一のクランク位置として、圧縮行程内のクランク位置における前記エンジン回転速度を判定することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
