Claims (5)
- 複数のシリンダを有し、前記複数のシリンダのうちいずれか1つのシリンダが圧縮行程となるとき、他の1つのシリンダが膨張行程となるエンジンと、
前記エンジンのクランクシャフトに連結される始動電動機と、
前記始動電動機を制御する始動電動機制御部と、
を備え、
前記始動電動機制御部は、前記エンジンの再始動前に、前記膨張行程にある前記シリンダの排気バルブが開く位置まで、前記始動電動機により前記クランクシャフトにトルクを加えさせ、前記排気バルブが開く位置に到達すると、前記始動電動機の駆動を停止させ、前記圧縮行程にある前記シリンダの燃焼室内の圧力により前記クランクシャフトを逆回転させる再始動前制御を実行するエンジン駆動装置。 - 前記クランクシャフトのクランク角を検出するクランク角検出部と、
前記始動電動機の温度を検出する温度検出部と、
前記始動電動機に電力を供給するバッテリの状態を検出する状態検出部と、
を備え、
前記始動電動機制御部は、前記エンジンの再始動前に、前記クランク角検出部、前記温度検出部、前記状態検出部から出力される信号に基づいて、前記再始動前制御の実行の可否を判定する請求項1に記載のエンジン駆動装置。 - 前記始動電動機制御部は、前記温度検出部および前記状態検出部から出力される信号に基づいて、前記始動電動機の温度および前記バッテリの劣化度を導出し、前記温度および前記劣化度が所定の第1範囲にあると判定すると、前記再始動前制御を実行すると判定し、前記温度および前記劣化度が前記第1範囲よりも小さい第2範囲にあると判定すると、前記再始動前制御を実行しないと判定する請求項2に記載のエンジン駆動装置。
- 前記エンジンを制御するエンジン制御部を備え、
前記エンジン制御部は、前記温度および前記劣化度が前記第1範囲よりも大きい第3範囲にあると判定すると、前記エンジンのアイドリングストップを実行せず、
前記始動電動機制御部は、前記温度および前記劣化度が前記第3範囲にあると判定すると、前記再始動前制御を実行しないと判定する請求項3に記載のエンジン駆動装置。 - 前記始動電動機制御部は、前記再始動前制御において、前記始動電動機を駆動させて前記クランクシャフトを正回転させた後、前記始動電動機の駆動を停止させることで前記クランクシャフトを逆回転させ、逆回転して停止した前記クランクシャフトのクランク角が閾値に到達するまで前記再始動前制御を繰り返し実行する請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン駆動装置。
