Claims (2)
- 蓄冷器式冷凍機であって、
寒冷を蓄積するGd2O2Sを含む磁性蓄冷材と、
前記磁性蓄冷材を低温側領域に収容し、非磁性蓄冷材を高温側領域に収容する容器と、を含む蓄冷器を備え、
前記容器のうち前記磁性蓄冷材を収容した前記低温側領域は、
前記蓄冷器式冷凍機の動作中にGd2O2Sの比熱が極大となる4.5K〜5.5Kの温度範囲を含む第1領域と、前記第1領域とは異なる温度範囲である第2領域とを含み、
前記第1領域においてGd2O2Sを収容する部分の断面積は、前記第2領域においてGd2O2Sを収容する部分の断面積と比較して小さく、
前記磁性蓄冷材はHoCu 2 をさらに含み、前記第1領域は、前記蓄冷器式冷凍機の動作中において4.5K〜10Kの温度範囲であり、
前記第1領域においてHoCu 2 を収容する部分の断面積は、前記高温側領域の断面積と比較して小さく、
前記容器のうち前記磁性蓄冷材を収容した前記低温側領域は、前記高温側領域よりも軸方向の温度勾配が緩やかであることを特徴とする蓄冷器式冷凍機。 - 前記容器は、前記第1領域に、磁性蓄冷材とは異なる挿入部材を収容していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄冷器式冷凍機。
