Claims (7)
- 高圧燃料を内燃機関の燃焼室に噴射するための噴孔(311)を有するボデー(1、8、9、31)と、
前記ボデー内で往復動して前記噴孔を開閉するノズルニードル(32)と、
前記ノズルニードルに閉弁向きの燃料圧力を作用させる制御室(36)と、
制御室連通路(91)を介して前記制御室に連通するとともに、高圧通路(92)を介して高圧燃料が供給される第1中間室(81)と、
排出通路(84)を介して低圧部(12)に連通する第2中間室(82)と、
前記第1中間室と前記第2中間室とを隔てるバルブシリンダ(51)と、
前記制御室連通路と前記第1中間室との間を開閉し、前記排出通路と前記第2中間室との間を開閉する弁体(52、53、54)と、
前記制御室連通路と前記第1中間室との間が開かれ、且つ、前記排出通路と前記第2中間室との間が閉じられる向きに前記弁体を付勢する弁体スプリング(55)と、
前記制御室連通路と前記第1中間室との間が閉じられ、且つ、前記排出通路と前記第2中間室との間が開かれる向きに前記弁体を駆動するアクチュエータ(7)とを備え、
前記弁体は、
前記第1中間室内に配置され、前記ボデーに形成された高圧シート面(94)と接離して前記制御室連通路と前記第1中間室との間を開閉する円筒状の高圧側弁部(521)を有する第1弁体(52)と、
前記第2中間室内に配置され、前記ボデーに形成された低圧シート面(85)と接離して前記排出通路と前記第2中間室との間を開閉する低圧側弁部(531)を有する第2弁体(53)と、
前記第1弁体と前記第2弁体との間に配置され、前記バルブシリンダに形成されたシリンダ孔(511)に摺動自在に保持された円柱状のロッド部(54)と、
前記制御室連通路と前記第2中間室とを連通させる弁体内通路(523、541)とを備え、
前記高圧側弁部の外径は、前記ロッド部の外径よりも大きいことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 前記弁体は、前記弁体内通路に絞り(524)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記絞りは、前記弁体内通路における前記制御室連通路側の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記第1弁体と前記第2弁体と前記ロッド部とに分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記ロッド部は、前記第1弁体および前記第2弁体のうちいずれか一方と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記第1中間室および前記第2中間室は前記ボデーと前記バルブシリンダとによって区画形成され、
前記バルブシリンダがシリンダスプリング(56)によって前記ボデーに押し付けられて前記第1中間室と前記第2中間室との間がシールされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射弁。 - 前記第1中間室および前記第2中間室は前記ボデーと前記バルブシリンダとによって区画形成され、
前記バルブシリンダが前記第1中間室内の高圧燃料によって前記ボデーに押し付けられて前記第1中間室と前記第2中間室との間がシールされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射弁。
