Claims (5)
- 複数本の溝(3a,3b)を有するトレッドであって、前記複数本の溝は、中間平面X‐X′の各側で前記トレッドの各半分上に形成され、前記複数本の溝の各々は、外部上に軸方向に開口すると共に前記中間平面X‐X′に向かって軸方向に延び、前記複数本の溝は、前記トレッド上に、溝の方向Xrに先が向いたVという全体的形状をなす第1のパターンを形成し、前記トレッドは、複数個のサイプ(5)を有する、トレッドにおいて、前記トレッドの前記サイプの全て又はこれらサイプのうちの幾つかは、或る特定のトレッド摩耗レベルからタイヤ半径方向内方において、空所(7)を形成するために拡大状態になっており、前記空所は、斜めの方向に延びて空所の方向Xcに先が向いたVの全体的形状をなす第2のパターンを形成し、前記空所(7)の各々は、前記トレッドの前記溝(3a,3b)のうちの一方の中だけに開口し、前記複数本の溝(3a,3b)は、この摩耗レベルにおいて、同じ前記第1のパターンを形成し、
前記溝(3a,3b)は、前記トレッドのトレッド表面上に所定の曲率を有し、各溝(3a,3b)は、曲率の内側に材料の第1の壁(9a,9b)を画定すると共に材料の前記第1の壁と対向した材料の第2の壁(11a,11b)を画定し、前記空所方向Xcは、前記溝方向Xrに一致し、各空所(7)は、第1の溝(3a)の前記第1の壁(9a)と前記第1の溝に隣接して位置する第2の溝(3b)の前記第2の壁(11b)との間に延び、前記空所(7)は、前記第1の溝(3a)の前記第1の壁(9a)上に開口し、前記空所(7)は、前記第2の溝(3b)の前記第2の壁(11b)上には開口していない、トレッド。 - 前記溝(3a,3b)は、前記トレッドのトレッド表面上に所定の曲率を有し、各溝(3a,3b)は、曲率の内側に材料の第1の壁(9a,9b)を画定すると共に材料の前記第1の壁と対向した材料の第2の壁(11a,11b)を画定し、前記空所方向Xcは、前記溝方向Xrとは逆であり、各空所(7)は、第1の溝(3a)の前記第1の壁(9a)と前記第1の溝に隣接して位置する第2の溝(3b)の前記第2の壁(11b)との間に延び、前記空所は、前記第1の溝(3a)の前記第1の壁(9a)上には開口しておらず、該空所は、前記第2の溝(3b)の前記第2の壁(11b)上に開口している、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記空所(7)は、前記第1の溝(3a)の前記第1の壁(9a)又は前記第2の溝(3b)の前記第2の壁(11b)にそれぞれ向いた壁(13)を画定し、前記トレッド表面上における前記壁(13)の形状は、前記第1の壁(9a)の前記曲率又は前記第2の壁(11b)の前記曲率にそれぞれ平行である、請求項1又は2記載のトレッド。
- 前記空所(7)は、幅wpの主要部分(15)及び前記主要部分の前記幅wpよりも小さい幅wiの中間部分(17)を有し、前記中間部分は、前記空所の前記主要部分を溝(3)に連結している、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のトレッド。
- 前記空所(7)の前記中間部分(17)の前記幅wiは、該空所の前記主要部分(15)から前記溝(3)に向かって次第に減少している、請求項4記載のトレッド。
