- 軌道部材と、複数のボールを介して前記軌道部材に組み付けられると共に前記ボールが循環する無限循環路を有する移動部材と、前記無限循環路に収容される複数のボールと、互いに隣接するボールの間に配置される複数のスペーサと、を備え、
前記無限循環路は、ボールが荷重を負荷しながら転動する負荷通路と、この負荷通路と平行に設けられる無負荷通路と、これら負荷通路と無負荷通路を繋ぐ方向転換路と、を有し、
前記移動部材は、前記負荷通路を構成する負荷転走溝及び前記無負荷通路を構成する無負荷転走溝を有すると共に、前記無負荷転走溝の両端に接合部が切り欠かれた移動部材本体と、この移動部材本体の軸方向両端面に位置して前記ボールの無限循環路を構成する一対の循環路形成体と、前記無負荷転走溝を覆って前記無負荷通路を構成すると共に前記一対の循環路形成体を連結する被覆部と、前記循環路形成体と組み合わさって前記方向転換路を構成する蓋部と、を有し、
各循環路形成体は、前記移動部材本体の軸方向端面に接すると共に前記方向転換路の内周側案内面が形成されたプレート部と、前記移動部材本体の前記接合部に嵌合する矩形状に形成されて前記プレート部と前記被覆部とを一体に連結すると共に、前記方向転換路の内周側案内面に連続すると共に前記無負荷通路の出入り口となる貫通孔を有する通路導入部と、を備えることを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 前記通路導入部の軸方向の厚さは、前記ボールの直径よりも大きく設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。
