Claims (2)
- 長手方向に沿って転動体の転走面を有する軌道部材と、多数の転動体を介して前記軌道部材に組み付けられると共に、前記転動体の戻し通路及び方向転換路を含んだ無限循環路を有する移動部材と、を備え、
前記移動部材は、本体部材と、当該本体部材に装着される複数の循環路形成部材と、これら循環路形成部材を覆うようにして前記本体部材に装着される一対の蓋体と、を含み、
前記循環路形成部材は第一循環半体及び第二循環半体の組み合わせからなり、前記戻し通路を有すると共に前記本体部材の貫通孔に挿入されるパイプ部と、前記方向転換路を有すると共に前記パイプ部の一端に設けられて前記本体部材の移動方向の端面に配置される方向転換部と、を含み、
前記循環路形成部材のパイプ部の長手方向の中央には前記戻し通路内の転動体に押圧されて適宜変形する弾性変形部が設けられる一方、前記パイプ部の長手方向両端には前記弾性変形部を挟んで円筒形状の一対の固定部が形成され、
前記方向転換部及び前記一対の固定部は、前記方向転換路の中心線を含む平面で前記第一循環半体及び前記第二循環半体に分割される一方、前記弾性変形部は前記方向転換路の中心線を含む平面と直交する平面で前記第一循環半体及び前記第二循環半体に分割されていることを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 前記弾性変形部は、前記転動体の直径よりも深い通路溝が形成されて前記第二循環半体に設けられた支持梁部と、前記支持梁部の通路溝を覆うと共に当該支持梁部に対して離接自在であると共に前記第一循環半体に設けられた可撓性のプレート部とを備え、
前記プレート部と前記本体部材の貫通孔の内周面との間には当該プレート部の弾性変形を許容する隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。
