Description
Claims (1)
- 長手方向に沿って転動体が転走する軌道レールと、多数の転動体を介して前記軌道レールに組み付けられると共に当該転動体の無限循環路を有し、当該軌道レールに沿って移動自在な移動ブロックとを備え、
前記無限循環路は、前記転動体が軌道レールとの間で荷重を負荷しながら転走する負荷転動体通路と、この負荷転動体通路と平行な転動体戻し通路と、前記負荷転動体通路と転動体戻し通路とを繋ぐ方向転換路とを備え、
前記無限循環路内に配列された複数の転動体は、互いに隣接する転動体の間に配置されるスペーサ及び各スペーサを連結するベルト部材を備えた連結体によって保持され、
前記無限循環路内には前記連結体のベルト部材を転動体の循環方向に沿って案内する案内溝が形成され、
前記方向転換路内に形成された案内溝は外周側案内面とこれに対向する内周側案内面を有し、これら外周側案内面及び内周側案内面は夫々が滑らかに連続し、
前記外周側案内面は、前記負荷転動体通路及び転動体戻し通路から延伸される一対の直線部と、これら一対の直線部を連結する曲線状の転換部とを備え、
前記外周側案内面の転換部は、短軸が前記軌道レールに沿った移動ブロックの移動方向に合致した半楕円形に形成され、
前記方向転換路内に形成された案内溝の溝幅は、前記負荷転動体通路又は転動体戻し通路との連結端から当該方向転換路の中央部に至るまでの経路途上で最大となり、且つ、
前記連結端における溝幅及び前記中央部における溝幅は、前記経路途上における溝幅の最大値よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。
