Description
Claims (5)
- 外部からの出力指令と、直流負荷とインバータとの間に接続する直流ライン間の電圧と、前記インバータと交流負荷との間に接続する交流ラインの電流との値を受信し、前記出力指令の値を実現するための前記インバータの複数のスイッチのPWM信号を生成して出力し、かつ、前記直流ライン間の電圧と前記交流ラインの電流との値に基づいて前記スイッチのゲートの抵抗値を切替える第1切替信号を出力するPWM信号生成装置と、
前記PWM信号を受信して前記スイッチへゲート駆動信号を出力する駆動回路と、を備え、
前記PWM信号生成装置は、前記直流ライン間の電圧が第1電圧閾値以上であって前記交流ラインの電流の値が第1電流閾値未満であるとき、および、前記直流ライン間の電圧が前記第1電圧閾値以上であって前記交流ラインの電流の値が前記第1電流閾値よりも大きい第2電流閾値以上であるときに、前記ゲートの抵抗値を大きくする前記第1切替信号を出力し、
前記直流ライン間の電圧が前記第1電圧閾値よりも大きい第2電圧閾値以上であって前記交流ラインの電流の値が前記第1電流閾値以上であって前記第2電流閾値未満であるときに、前記ゲートの抵抗値を大きくする前記第1切替信号を前記インバータへ出力することを特徴とするインバータ制御装置。 - 前記ゲートの抵抗値を大きくする前記第1切替信号は第1レベルであり、前記ゲートの抵抗値を小さくする前記第1切替信号は第2レベルであって、
前記直流ライン間の電圧を増幅して出力する増幅回路と、
前記増幅回路の出力が非反転入力端子に入力され、第3電圧閾値に対応する値が反転入力端子に入力されて、前記増幅回路の出力値が前記第3電圧閾値に対応する値以上であるときに第1レベルの信号を出力し、前記増幅回路の出力値が前記第3電圧閾値に対応する値未満であるときに第2レベルの信号を出力する比較器と、
前記比較器の出力信号と前記第1切替信号とを受信し、前記比較器の出力信号と前記第1切替信号との少なくともいずれか一方が第1レベルであるとき、前記ゲートの抵抗値が大きくなるように第2切替信号を前記インバータへ出力し、前記比較器の出力信号と前記第1切替信号との両方が第2レベルであるとき、前記ゲートの抵抗値が小さくなるように前記第2切替信号を前記インバータへ出力するスイッチ速度切替回路と、を更に備え、
前記PWM信号生成装置は、前記第1切替信号を前記インバータへ出力する代わりに、前記第1切替信号をスイッチ速度切換回路に出力する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 直流負荷と交流負荷との間に接続可能であって、前記直流負荷と接続した直流ラインと、前記直流ライン間に直列に接続する一対のスイッチと、前記一対のスイッチ間に接続する前記交流ラインと、前記第1切替信号と前記ゲート駆動信号とが入力され、前記第1切替信号に応じて前記スイッチの前記ゲートの抵抗値を切替えて前記ゲートに前記ゲート駆動信号を出力するスイッチング速度可変回路と、を備えた前記インバータと、
請求項1記載のインバータ制御装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 直流負荷と交流負荷との間に接続可能であって、前記直流負荷と接続した直流ラインと、前記直流ライン間に直列に接続する一対のスイッチと、前記一対のスイッチ間に接続する前記交流ラインと、前記第2切替信号と、前記ゲート駆動信号とが入力され、前記第2切替信号に応じて前記スイッチの前記ゲートの抵抗値を切替えて前記ゲートに前記ゲート駆動信号を出力するスイッチング速度可変回路と、を備えた前記インバータと、
請求項2記載のインバータ制御装置と、
を備えたことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 直流負荷としての直流電源と、
交流負荷としてのモータと、
請求項3又は請求項4記載の電力変換装置と、
前記モータの動力を車輪に伝達する車軸と、を備えたことを特徴とする電動車両。
