Description
第一方向に整列する角形の蓄電素子と、
前記整列する蓄電素子を保持する保持部材と、
蓄電素子間に配置される内部スペーサであって、隣接する前記蓄電素子との間に冷却流体が第一方向と直交する第二方向に流通可能な通風路を形成する内部スペーサと、を備え、
前記保持部材は、
前記整列する蓄電素子の第一方向における外側に配置される一対の終端部材と、
前記一対の終端部材同士を接続する接続部であって、前記整列する蓄電素子の角部に沿って延びる複数の接続部と、
前記接続部を補強する少なくとも一つの補強部と、を有し、
前記複数の接続部のそれぞれは、前記蓄電素子の角部を拘束するように該角部に沿って屈曲し、且つ第一方向に延びる屈曲面を有し、
前記補強部は、前記接続部の第一方向における途中位置において第一方向及び第二方向と直交する第三方向に延びて隣り合う接続部同士を接続し、且つ、第一方向において前記蓄電素子の寸法と同じ又は小さい寸法を有すると共に、第一方向における所定位置の前記蓄電素子と第二方向に重なる位置に設けられた本体と、前記本体から突出し、且つ第三方向に延びる突条と、を有する。
前記補強部は、第一方向及び第二方向と直交する方向に延びることが好ましい。
前記補強部は、前記整列する蓄電素子のうちの第一方向における中央位置に配置される前記蓄電素子、又は前記中央位置に最も近い前記蓄電素子と第二方向に重なる位置に配置されることが好ましい。
前記突条は、前記本体における前記蓄電素子と反対側の面から突出してもよい。
前記複数の接続部のそれぞれは、両端部を前記一対の終端部材に固定され、
前記保持部材は、前記補強部によって接続される一対の接続部の対応する端部同士を接続する支持部を有してもよい。
Claims (5)
- 第一方向に整列する角形の蓄電素子と、
前記整列する蓄電素子を保持する保持部材と、
蓄電素子間に配置される内部スペーサであって、隣接する前記蓄電素子との間に冷却流体が第一方向と直交する第二方向に流通可能な通風路を形成する内部スペーサと、を備え、
前記保持部材は、
前記整列する蓄電素子の第一方向における外側に配置される一対の終端部材と、
前記一対の終端部材同士を接続する接続部であって、前記整列する蓄電素子の角部に沿って延びる複数の接続部と、
前記接続部を補強する少なくとも一つの補強部と、を有し、
前記複数の接続部のそれぞれは、前記蓄電素子の角部を拘束するように該角部に沿って屈曲し、且つ第一方向に延びる屈曲面を有し、
前記補強部は、前記接続部の第一方向における途中位置において第一方向及び第二方向と直交する第三方向に延びて隣り合う接続部同士を接続し、且つ、第一方向において前記蓄電素子の寸法と同じ又は小さい寸法を有すると共に、第一方向における所定位置の前記蓄電素子と第二方向に重なる位置に設けられた本体と、前記本体から突出し、且つ第三方向に延びる突条と、を有する、蓄電装置。 - 前記補強部は、第一方向及び第二方向と直交する方向に延びる、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記補強部は、前記整列する蓄電素子のうちの第一方向における中央位置に配置される前記蓄電素子、又は前記中央位置に最も近い前記蓄電素子と第二方向に重なる位置に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記突条は、前記本体における前記蓄電素子と反対側の面から突出する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記複数の接続部のそれぞれは、両端部を前記一対の終端部材に固定され、
前記保持部材は、前記補強部によって接続される一対の接続部の対応する端部同士を接続する支持部を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
