Claims (23)
- 複数のバッテリー・セルを有するバッテリー・モジュールであって、
当該バッテリー・モジュールは、
カートリッジに取り付けられたバッテリー・セルを有する複数のセル・モジュールが、垂直に積み重ねられた構造体を有する、セル・モジュール・スタック;
前記セル・モジュール・スタックの下側端部を支持する下側端部プレート;及び
前記下側端部プレートに配置される前記セル・モジュール・スタックの一番上のカートリッジを固定するための上側端部プレートを備え、ここで、
前記カートリッジ、前記上側端部プレート、及び前記下側端部プレートは、貫通孔が互いに連通するように形成された貫通孔を備え、
固定部材が前記貫通孔に挿入されて、前記上側端部プレート及び前記下側端部プレートに結合され、
前記固定部材と前記貫通孔は、締結するための回転力が前記固定部材に加えられる場合に、前記固定部材の回転を抑制するため水平断面構造体を有するように構成され、
前記バッテリー・セルの各々は、樹脂層と金属層を備えるラミネート・シートから形成されるケースに取り付けられる電極アセンブリを有するポーチ形状のバッテリー・セルであり、かつ
前記固定部材が水平断面に突起を有する多角形形状部または円形形状部を有するように構成され、各々の貫通孔は、前記固定部材の外側形状部に対応する内部形状部に形成される、バッテリー・モジュール。 - 前記固定部材は、その両端部に締結溝を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。
- 前記固定部材が前記上側端部プレートと前記下側端部プレートに結合されるように、締結部材が前記固定部材の前記締結溝に挿入される、請求項2に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。

- 前記導電検知部分の各々は前記バス・バーと伝導ワイヤーの電圧検出端子の対応する一つに挿入されるレセプタクル部分を備え、そして、前記レセプタクル部分が前記伝導ワイヤーに対して垂直の状態で前記レセプタクル部分は前記伝導ワイヤーに接続している、請求項11に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。
- 前記バス・バーの各々は、前記バッテリー・セルの各々の電極端子接続部分に電気的に接続されたプレート形状本体、及びプレート形状本体の一端部で形成された電圧検出端子を備える、請求項9に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。
- カソードまたはアノード外部入出力端子に接続される前記バス・バーのうちの1つは、前記電圧検出端子の反対側のプレート形状の本体の他端部に形成され、本体から外方向に突出するように曲げられる、第1外部入出力端子接続部分をさらに備える、請求項13に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。
- アノードまたはカソード外部入出力端子に接続される前記バス・バーのうちの1つは、前記電圧検出端子の反対側のプレート形状の本体の他端部で形成され、本体から外方向へ及び上方向へ突出するように曲げられる、第2外部入出力端子接続部分をさらに備える、請求項13に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。
- 前記カートリッジの各々は、前記バッテリー・セルの各々に対応する矩形構造体を有するように構成され、それにより、前記バッテリー・セルは前記カートリッジの中に取り付けられ、それを通して熱が放散される開口部がその中心領域部に備えられ、
前記セル・モジュール・スタックを固定するための固定部材がそこを通じて挿入される貫通孔は、前記カートリッジのそれぞれの4つの角に形成され、及び、
電圧検出アセンブリを取り付けるための絶縁性取り付け部材とバス・バーが、前記電圧検出アセンブリが前記バス・バーに安定して接続されるようなアセンブリ形式で、そこで締結される結合部分が、前記カートリッジの各々の前部に形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。 - 前記絶縁性取り付け部材は、前記セル・モジュール・スタックの前部に対応する寸法を有する直方体構造体を有するように構成され、
前記カートリッジの前端部がそこに挿入されて結合されるカートリッジ結合溝は、前記絶縁性取り付け部材の後部に形成され、及び
前記バッテリー・セルの電極端子接続部分が露出されるように、前記絶縁性取り付け部材の後部からそこを通じて前記バッテリー・セルの前記電極端子接続部分が導入される電極端子貫通孔が、前記絶縁性取り付け部材の前部の両端部に形成される、請求項16に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。 - 前記絶縁性取り付け部材は、前記バス・バーの外部入出力端子が安定して取り付けられる外部入出力端子のための場所部分をその前部の両端部に備え、そして、
前記絶縁性取り付け部材は、前記電圧検出アセンブリが安定して取り付けられる電圧検出アセンブリ場所部分をその中心領域部に備える、請求項17に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。 - 前記バッテリー・セルが前記セル・モジュールの前記カートリッジの中に取り付けられ、前記カートリッジは前記下側端部プレートに積み重ねられ、前記上側端部プレートは前記カートリッジのうちの一番上の1つに結合される、請求項1に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。
- 前記ブロック・ケースは前記絶縁性取り付け部材の切れ込みに結合されるように外方向に突出する締結突起をその両端に備え、そして、スライドする形式で前記絶縁性取り付け部材の電圧検出アセンブリ場所部分の内部に固定されるように外方向に突出するスライド突起が前記締結突起より上に備えられる、請求項10に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。
- 前記上部端部プレートが外部ケース締結部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリー・モジュール。
- 出力と容量に基づいて請求項1〜21のいずれか一つによる2以上のバッテリー・モジュールを備えるバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが電気自動車、ハイブリッド型電気自動車、プラグイン・ハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵装置のための電源として使用される請求項22に記載のバッテリーパック。
