Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両1(以下、単に車両1と記載する)の全体構成を概略的に示すブロック図である。車両1は、エンジン100と、第1回転電機であるモータジェネレータ10(以下、MG1と記載する場合がある)と、第2回転電機であるモータジェネレータ20(以下、MG2と記載する場合がある)と、遊星歯車機構30と、駆動輪50と、駆動輪50に接続された出力軸60と、車輪速センサ73と、バッテリ150と、システムメインリレー(SMR:System Main Relay)160と、電力制御ユニット(PCU:Power Control Unit)200と、電子制御ユニット(ECU:Electronic Control Unit)300とを備える。
図2は、車両1の電気システムの構成を説明するための回路ブロック図である。車両1の電気システムは、バッテリ150と、SMR160と、PCU200と、モータジェネレータ10,20と、ECU300とを含む。PCU200は、コンバータ210と、コンデンサC2と、インバータ221,222と、電圧センサ230とを含む。
ECU300は、通常モードと退避モードとのどちらかの制御モードで車両1を走行させることができる。
上述のインバータレス走行中においては、エンジン100の出力を制御することによって、モータジェネレータ10の逆起トルクTcがユーザの要求に応じたトルクとなるようにMG1回転速度Nm1が調整される。一方、インバータレス走行制御中においては、MG1回転速度Nm1を予め定められた回転速度領域内に抑えてモータジェネレータ10の過熱や遊星歯車機構30の過回転などに起因する二次故障を防止する必要がある。
上述の実施の形態においては、第1抑制制御および第2抑制制御について、MG1回転速度の推定値が上限値Aを超えた場合に、エンジン回転速度Neが低下されるものとして説明したが、たとえば、MG1回転速度の推定値が上限値Aに近づくほどMG1回転速度の推定値Nm1(VS+)の増加量が小さくなるようにエンジン100を制御するようにしてもよい。このようにすると、MG1回転速度の推定値が上限値Aを超えないようにすることができる。
今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (2)
- エンジンと、
ロータに永久磁石を有する第1回転電機と、
車輪に接続された出力軸と、
前記エンジンに連結されたキャリアと、前記第1回転電機に連結されたサンギヤと、前記出力軸に連結されたリングギヤとを有する遊星歯車機構と、
前記出力軸に接続された第2回転電機と、
バッテリと、
前記バッテリと前記第1回転電機と前記第2回転電機との間で電力変換可能なインバータと、
前記第1回転電機の回転速度および回転方向を検出可能な第1センサと、
前記第2回転電機の回転速度および回転方向を検出可能な第2センサと、
前記エンジンの回転速度を検出可能なエンジン回転速度センサと、
前記車輪の回転速度を検出可能かつ前記車輪の回転方向を検出不能な車輪速センサと、
前記インバータによる前記第1回転電機および前記第2回転電機の駆動を正常に行なうことができない場合にインバータレス走行制御を実行可能な制御装置とを備え、
前記インバータレス走行制御は、前記インバータをゲート遮断状態にし、かつ前記エンジンを駆動して前記第1回転電機に逆起電圧に起因する制動トルクを発生させ、前記制動トルクの反力として前記出力軸に作用するトルクで車両を走行させる制御であり、
前記制御装置は、前記インバータレス走行制御中に前記第1センサおよび前記第2センサの出力値を取得できない場合、
前記エンジン回転速度センサの出力値と前記車輪速センサの出力値とを用いて、前記車輪が前進方向に回転していると仮定したときの前記第1回転電機の回転速度の第1推定値と、前記車輪が後進方向に回転していると仮定したときの前記第1回転電機の回転速度の第2推定値とを算出し、
前記第1推定値および前記第2推定値のいずれもが予め定められた回転速度領域内となるように前記エンジンの回転速度を制御する、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記インバータレス走行制御中に前記第1センサおよび前記第2センサの出力値を取得できない場合、
前記インバータレス走行制御中に前記車輪速センサの出力値が停車状態を示す値となる停車履歴がない場合は、前記第1推定値および前記第2推定値のうちの、前記第2センサの出力値が取得できなくなる直前の出力値の符号に対応するいずれか一方の値が前記予め定められた回転速度領域内となるように前記エンジンの回転速度を制御し、
前記インバータレス走行制御中に前記停車履歴がある場合は、前記第1推定値および前記第2推定値のいずれもが前記予め定められた回転速度領域内となるように前記エンジンの回転速度を制御する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
