- 管状コンポーネント(12)の端部(14)の外部輪郭(14A)および内部輪郭(14B)を測定する装置(20)であって、
所定の基準(PO)に対する前記管状コンポーネント(12)の半径の測定(R)を行う第1のセンサ(22)と、前記管状コンポーネント(12)の主軸(Z)と直交する所定の平面(P)の円形軌道において前記第1のセンサ(22)を駆動することができる支持体(24)と、を備え、
前記支持体(24)は、取付け手段(28)を介して前記管状コンポーネント(12)を着脱自在に取り付けることができる本体(26)と、前記管状コンポーネント(12)の内部の円形軌道またはその周囲の円形軌道において前記第1のセンサ(22)が移動できるように前記第1のセンサ(22)を支えるアーム(32)が取り付けられる、本体(26)に対して回転可能な軸(30)を備え、
前記アーム(32)は、前記第1のセンサ(22)の軸方向および半径方向の並進が調整でき、
前記装置(20)は、前記第1のセンサ(22)が半径を測定するときの前記第1のセンサ(22)の角度位置(θ)を測定する第2のセンサ(34)を備え、前記第1のセンサ(22)と前記第2のセンサ(34)の半径と角度の測定が所定の平面(P)における前記管状コンポーネント(12)の輪郭の決定を可能にし、
前記第2のセンサ(34)は前記本体(26)と一体化された第1の固定要素(34A)と、前記第1の固定要素(34A)に対して回転自在に前記回転軸(30)に取り付けられる第2の要素(34B)とを備える、
ことを特徴とする装置(20)。 - 前記軸(30)を回転させるクランク型の作動手段(33)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記本体(26)は直立部を備え、前記着脱自在の取付け手段(28)の位置を前記直立部に沿って調節できる、請求項1または2に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記着脱自在の取付け手段(28)は、前記管状コンポーネントをその内側または外側で固定することができるクランプラグを備える、請求項3に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記第1のセンサ(22)と前記第2のセンサ(34)によって実行された半径の測定値(R)と角度の測定値(θ)から2次元の輪郭を計算するユニットと情報をやり取りする手段(36)を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記第2のセンサ(34)はロータリエンコーダである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(20)。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の装置(20)を用いて管状コンポーネント(12)の内部輪郭(14B)および外部輪郭(14A)を測定するための方法であって、
前記軸(30)が前記管状コンポーネント(12)の主軸(Z)と実質的に一致するように、前記着脱自在の取付け手段を用いて前記装置(20)のための前記支持体の前記本体(26)を前記管状コンポーネントに固定するステップと、
前記軸(30)を回転させて、前記管状コンポーネント(12)の内部輪郭(外部輪郭)の複数の半径の測定値(R1乃至Rn)と、前記複数の半径の測定値(R1乃至Rn)と対応する複数の角度の測定値(θ1乃至θn)と、を収集するステップと、
前記収集した半径の測定値(R1乃至Rn)と前記角度の測定値(θ1乃至θn)を用いて前記管状コンポーネント(12)の内部輪郭(14B)(外部輪郭(14A))を計算するステップと、を備える方法。 - 前記半径および角度の一連の測定値は、管状コンポーネント(12)の主軸(Z)に沿って、複数の平面で生成される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の平面で生成された前記一連の測定値から、前記管状コンポーネントの内部輪郭または外部輪郭のディジタルモデルがコンピュータプログラムを用いて生成され、前記ディジタルモデルについての有限要素計算が実行し、少なくとも1つの物理的制約の関数として前記管状コンポーネントの挙動を決定する、請求項8に記載の方法。
