Description
図1に示されるように、本実施形態に係る排熱回収器構造を含む排気系は、排熱回収器10、触媒コンバータ12及びマフラ14を含んで構成されている。また、車両前方側(排気方向上流側)から順に、触媒コンバータ12、排熱回収器10、マフラ14が配置されており、これらが車両前後方向に連結されている。さらに、触媒コンバータ12よりも車両前方には、内燃機関としての図示しないエンジンが配置されており、排気管16によってエンジンと触媒コンバータ12とが車両前後方向に連結されている。
次に、本実施形態に係る排熱回収器構造の作用並びに効果について説明する。

Claims (2)
- フロアパネルの車両幅方向中央部に形成されたフロアトンネルの内側に配置され、車両の内燃機関で発生したガスと冷却水との間で熱交換を行う排熱回収器本体と、
前記排熱回収器本体から延出され、一端部が前記内燃機関に接続された樹脂ホースの他端部が接続されると共に、該樹脂ホースとの接続部が前記排熱回収器本体よりも車両下方側に設けられた金属管と、
を有し、
前記排熱回収器本体の排気方向上流側には触媒コンバータが連結され、前記排熱回収器本体の排気方向下流側にはマフラが連結されており、
前記接続部は、前記触媒コンバータ及び前記マフラの少なくとも一方の下面よりも車両上方側に設けられている排熱回収器構造。 - 前記内燃機関は、前記排熱回収器本体よりも車両前方側に配置されており、
前記接続部は、車両前方側に向かって車両下方側に傾斜されている請求項1に記載の排熱回収器構造。
