Description
金型装置内に充填する成形材料を加熱する加熱シリンダと、
前記加熱シリンダ内の成形材料を送り出すスクリュと
前記加熱シリンダに対し進退自在とされる可動部材と、
前記加熱シリンダに対し前記可動部材と共に前記スクリュを移動させる射出モータと、
前記射出モータの回転運動を前記可動部材の直線運動に変換する運動変換機構と、
前記スクリュを回転させる計量モータとを有し、
前記射出モータおよび前記計量モータは、前記可動部材に取り付けられ、前記可動部材と共に移動し、
前記運動変換機構は、雌ねじ部材と、該雌ねじ部材に対応する雄ねじ部材とを有し、
前記雌ねじ部材の少なくとも一部が、前記射出モータに対して軸方向にオーバラップする位置に配設され、
前記射出モータは、前記計量モータの径方向外方に配設され、
前記射出モータの少なくとも一部は、前記計量モータに対して前記軸方向にオーバラップする位置に配設される、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 金型装置内に充填する成形材料を加熱する加熱シリンダと、
前記加熱シリンダ内の成形材料を送り出すスクリュと
前記加熱シリンダに対し進退自在とされる可動部材と、
前記加熱シリンダに対し前記可動部材と共に前記スクリュを移動させる射出モータと、
前記射出モータの回転運動を前記可動部材の直線運動に変換する運動変換機構と、
前記スクリュを回転させる計量モータとを有し、
前記射出モータおよび前記計量モータは、前記可動部材に取り付けられ、前記可動部材と共に移動し、
前記運動変換機構は、雌ねじ部材と、該雌ねじ部材に対応する雄ねじ部材とを有し、
前記雌ねじ部材の少なくとも一部が、前記射出モータに対して軸方向にオーバラップする位置に配設され、
前記射出モータは、前記計量モータの径方向外方に配設され、
前記射出モータの少なくとも一部は、前記計量モータに対して前記軸方向にオーバラップする位置に配設される、射出成形機。 - 前記射出モータの回転運動は、前記雌ねじ部材の回転直線運動に変換され、前記可動部材の直線運動に変換される、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記雌ねじ部材はボールねじナットであり、前記雄ねじ部材はボールねじ軸である、請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機。
