Description
内部に成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内において進退自在とされ、前進させられることで前記シリンダの外部に前記成形材料を送り出す送出部材と、
前記シリンダの後端部が取付けられる固定部材と、
前記固定部材の後方において進退自在とされ、前記送出部材に対し連結される可動部材と、
モータの回転運動を前記可動部材の直線運動に変換する運動変換機構と、
前記固定部材と前記運動変換機構の一部との両方に取付けられるロードセルとを備え、
前記シリンダの外部に前記成形材料を送り出す前記送出部材の移動方向が前方であり、
前記ロードセルは、前記固定部材の前記前方に配設される、射出装置が提供される。
図1は、第1実施形態による射出装置を示す図である。充填時のスクリュ43の移動方向(図中左方向)を前方とし、計量時のスクリュ43の移動方向(図中右方向)を後方として説明する。
上記第1実施形態の運動変換機構53は、ボールねじ軸54と、ボールねじナット55とを有する。ボールねじ軸54が可動部材52に保持される軸受Brによって回転自在に支持され、ボールねじナット55がロードセル47を介して固定部材51に固定される。射出モータ46は、可動部材52に取付けられている。
上記第1実施形態の射出装置40は、インライン・スクリュ方式である。

Claims (6)
- 内部に成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内において進退自在とされ、前進させられることで前記シリンダの外部に前記成形材料を送り出す送出部材と、
前記シリンダの後端部が取付けられる固定部材と、
前記固定部材の後方において進退自在とされ、前記送出部材に対し連結される可動部材と、
モータの回転運動を前記可動部材の直線運動に変換する運動変換機構と、
前記固定部材と前記運動変換機構の一部との両方に取付けられるロードセルとを備え、
前記シリンダの外部に前記成形材料を送り出す前記送出部材の移動方向が前方であり、
前記ロードセルは、前記固定部材の前記前方に配設される、射出装置。 - 前記運動変換機構は、ボールねじ軸と、前記ボールねじ軸に螺合されるボールねじナットとを含む、請求項1に記載の射出装置。
- 前記ボールねじナットが、前記ロードセルを介して、前記固定部材に対し固定されている、請求項2に記載の射出装置。
- 前記ロードセルは、前記固定部材と前記ボールねじナットの両方の前記前方に配設される、請求項3に記載の射出装置。
- 前記ボールねじ軸が、前記ロードセルを介して、前記固定部材に対し固定されている、請求項2に記載の射出装置。
- 前記ロードセルは、前記固定部材と前記ボールねじ軸の両方の前記前方に配設される、請求項5に記載の射出装置。
