Claims (3)
- エンジンの排気ガスを処理する排気ガス浄化装置を備え、前記エンジンが搭載された本機側に前記排気ガス浄化装置を配置すると共に、前記排気ガス浄化装置の排気ガスをテールパイプから機外に放出させる作業機のエンジン装置において、
前記排気ガス浄化装置は、排気ガス取入れ側ハウジングと排気ガス排出側ハウジングを有し、前記エンジンの排気マニホールドに排気ガス取入れ側ハウジングの排気ガス入口を接続させると共に、前記テールパイプに排気ガス排出側ハウジングの出口を接続させる構造であって、
前記エンジンの排気音を減衰させるサイレンサハウジングと、前記排気ガス排出側ハウジングの排気ガス出口側に着脱可能に固着する排気ガス出口蓋体を備え、
前記排気ガス取入れ側ハウジングを取入れ内側ケース及び取入れ外側ケースにて二重管構造に形成すると共に、前記排気ガス排出側ハウジングを排出内側ケース及び排出外側ケースにて二重管構造に形成し、
前記取入れ外側ケースと前記排出外側ケースを連結した状態で、前記排出内側ケースの一端側が前記取入れ内側ケースに内挿されて、前記取入れ外側ケース、前記取入れ内側ケース及び前記排出内側ケースの三重管構造が形成されると共に、前記三重管構造に重複して前記排出内側ケースに前記サイレンサハウジングを内挿し、
前記サイレンサハウジングの排気ガス排出側端部にフランジを一体形成し、前記排気ガス排出側ハウジングと前記排気ガス出口蓋体の間に前記フランジを挟持固定するように構成したことを特徴とする作業機のエンジン装置。 - 前記排気ガス取入れ側ハウジングに酸化触媒を内設させ、前記排気ガス排出側ハウジングにスートフィルタを内設させる構造であって、
前記排気ガス取入れ側ハウジング内部から酸化触媒を取出し、前記排気ガス排出側ハウジング内部からスートフィルタを取出した状態で、前記排気ガス排出側ハウジングに排気ガス出口側から前記サイレンサハウジングを内挿させ、前記排気ガス排出側ハウジングと排気ガス出口蓋体の間に前記サイレンサハウジングの前記フランジを挟持固定するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業機のエンジン装置。 - 前記エンジンを作動制御するエンジンコントローラを備える構造であって、中央管理コンピュータまたはメンテナンスコンピュータに相互に通信可能な通信線にて前記エンジンコントローラを接続させ、前記中央管理コンピュータまたはメンテナンスコンピュータの指示に基づき、前記サイレンサハウジングが装着されたエンジン制御内容に、前記エンジンコントローラの制御プログラムを書換え可能に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業機のエンジン装置。
