Description
特許文献1に記載された出口ローラ相互の配置形態では、出口ローラ対が極めて早期に摩耗してしまう。さらにこの公知の配置形態によっては、もっぱら画一的な撚りしか与えることができない。特許文献2及び特許文献3によれば、スライバが既に最終的な糸番手に延伸された後で初めて、撚りが加えられる。そしてこれによって、スライバから外に飛び出した繊維及び部分的に解離した繊維の問題は、満足できるレベルで解決されない。
Claims (5)
- 糸を製造するための空気紡績装置であって、該空気紡績装置において、スライバがドラフト装置を用いて延伸され、次いで空気紡績ユニットに糸撚りを生ぜしめるために供給され、該空気紡績ユニットから引き出されて、綾巻パッケージに巻き上げられる、空気紡績装置において、
前記ドラフト装置のスライバを延伸するプレドラフトゾーンに仮撚り機構が配置されていて、該仮撚り機構は、交番する回転方向で前記スライバに撚りを与え、その後で、該スライバはメインドラフトゾーンにおいて糸番手に延伸され、前記空気紡績ユニットに供給されることを特徴とする、空気紡績装置。 - 前記紡績ユニットの上流側における前記ドラフト装置は、4ローラ式ドラフト装置である、請求項1記載の空気紡績装置。
- 前記仮撚り機構は、第2のプレドラフトゾーンに配置されている、請求項2記載の空気紡績装置。
- 前記仮撚り機構は、回転管である、請求項3記載の空気紡績装置。
- 前記仮撚り機構は、空気を供給されるノズルである、請求項3記載の空気紡績装置。
