Claims (6)
- 内部に設置されたバーナー(201a)で燃焼ガスを生成して調理用熱風を発生する燃焼室(201)と、前記燃焼室(201)と連通され、前記燃焼室(201)から発生された燃焼ガスを通過させて熱交換する伝熱管(203)と、前記伝熱管と連通して燃焼ガスを排出する排出管(202)で構成される熱交換部(200);と、空気を吸入するが、吸入された空気を前記熱交換部(200)の伝熱管(203)に排出する対流ファン(300)を含む調理機器用熱交換器において、
前記伝熱管(203)は、一端から末端まで一体型に形成され、前記対流ファンを囲む直線部とバンディング部を有するように“匚”字状に曲がって、一端から末端まで同一な楕円形状の断面を有し、前記燃焼室(201)と前記排出管(202)を連通させるが、内部に通過される燃焼ガスの熱を伝達されて加熱されると同時に、外部に熱を放出して空気を加熱するように、少なくとも2つ以上に並列配置され、前記楕円形状は、直交座標系のX軸の零点から定められた間隔に離隔された水平線上に位置される点をaとし、Y軸の零点から定められた間隔に離隔された垂直線上に位置される点をbとするとき、
前記伝熱管(203)は、外面に沿って定められた間隔に複数個の陥没溝(203a)が形成されており、前記伝熱管(203)の内面に前記陥没溝(203a)と対応される突部(203b)が形成されていることを特徴とする調理機器用熱交換器。 - 前記伝熱管(203)の中心軸は、定められた角度を有する一直線上に配置されて、前記伝熱管(203)が複数個で一列配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理機器用熱交換器。
- 前記燃焼室(201)は、断面が円筒形状で形成されるが、前記伝熱管(203)と連結される末端の断面が方形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理機器用熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱管(203)は、前記対流ファン(300)を囲むように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理機器用熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱管(203)は、前記陥没溝(203a)と前記突部(203b)が円形、楕円形、半球形、または多角形のうち、いずれかひとつから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理機器用熱交換器。
- 前記対流ファン(300)は、外部空気を内部に案内する第1のリング(302)が形成されており、前記第1のリング(302)と定められた間隔に離隔されるように第2リング(303)が形成されており、前記第1のリング(302)と第2のリング(303)との間に吸入される空気の方向を前記熱交換部(200)に案内する複数個の空気誘導板(304)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理機器用熱交換器。
