Claims (8)
- 壁部(2)を有する収集板(1)を備え、この壁部内に扁平な貫通孔(3)が設けられており、これら貫通孔が束の管(4)の端部を収容できるタイプの熱交換器であって、前記収集板(1)の前記壁部(2)が、前記管(4)とのろう接結合または溶接結合のために前記貫通孔(3)の周囲にカラー(5)を形成するように構成されており、かつ、前記壁部(2)が前記管束の方を向いた表側面(6)と収集容器の方を向いた裏側面(7)とを有する熱交換器において、
前記カラー(5)が、前記壁部(2)の前記裏側面(7)において直線状の基礎平面(8)を起点にして前記収集容器の方向に延在し、
前記管(4)との当接領域に前記貫通孔(3)を設けることによって前記カラー(5)に貫通孔接触面が形成され、
前記各カラー(5)は前記管(4)の両方の幅狭側面(10)側に該幅狭側面を挟む凹部(5a)を含み、該凹部(5a)が幅狭側面(10)に向けて凹んでいる、熱交換器。 - 前記各カラー(5)が、管の前記幅狭側面(10)との前記当接領域(9)にて、前記壁部の前記裏側面(7)に前記基礎平面(8)から斜め上方に外側に向かって延在あるいは***している端部領域を画定していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記端部領域(11)が前記壁部(2)の前記裏側面(7)で斜め上方に外側へ向かって延在あるいは***していることによって、前記端部領域(11)に実質的に直線状である前記表側面(6)に対して低い窪み(12)が生じていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の熱交換器の製造方法であって、以下のステップ、すなわち、
前記収集板(1)に前記管束の方向へのバスタブ状の窪み(14)を形成あるいは設置する第1の方法ステップと、
該第1ステップに続いて、前記窪み(14)の少なくとも一部領域(中間領域(13))を収集容器方向に元の形状に戻す第2の方法ステップと、
前記貫通孔(3)を収集容器方向に形成あるいは設置する第3の方法ステップと
を有する、製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の熱交換器の製造方法であって、以下のステップ、すなわち、
前記収集板(1)に前記管束の方向へのバスタブ状の窪み(14)を形成あるいは設置する第1の方法ステップと、
前記貫通孔(3)を収集容器方向に形成あるいは設置する第2の方法ステップと、
該第2のステップに続いて、前記窪み(14)の少なくとも一部領域(中間領域(13))を収集容器方向に元の形状に戻す第3の方法ステップと
を有する、製造方法。 - 前記第2の方法ステップにおいて、前記貫通孔(3)の間の前記平面(中間領域(13))のみが収集容器方向に元の形状に戻されることを特徴する、請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第3の方法ステップにおいて、前記貫通孔(3)の間の前記平面(中間領域(13))のみが収集容器方向に元の形状に戻されることを特徴する、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記バスタブ状の窪み(14)における少なくとも1つの中間領域(13)を元の形状に戻すことによって、直線状に延在する基礎平面(8)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6の何れかに記載の製造方法。
