Claims (6)
- 燃料の吸入口(29)および吐出口(33)を有する燃料ポンプ(21)と、
前記吐出口(33)を構成する材料と異なる樹脂材料によって構成されて、前記吐出口(33)を含む範囲で前記燃料ポンプ(21)を包み込んで成形され、前記吐出口(33)に通じる吐出流路(35)を区画する樹脂成形体(34)と
前記吐出流路(35)内に配置されて、前記吐出口(33)に通じる弁体上流側に比べて大きい弁体下流側の圧力に応じて着座する弁体(42)を有するチェック弁(41)と
を備えることを特徴とするフューエルポンプモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のフューエルポンプモジュールにおいて、前記樹脂成形体(34)は、配管(17)に接続される外形を有しつつ前記配管(17)に通じる前記吐出流路(35)を区画し、前記チェック弁(41)を含む接続管(38)を備えることを特徴とするフューエルポンプモジュール。
- 請求項1または2に記載のフューエルポンプモジュールにおいて、前記吐出口(33)を含む範囲で前記燃料ポンプ(21)と前記樹脂成形体(34)との間にはラビリンスシール(36)が配置されることを特徴とするフューエルポンプモジュール。
- 請求項3に記載のフューエルポンプモジュールにおいて、前記ラビリンスシール(36)は、前記吐出口(33)の中心軸線に同軸に前記燃料ポンプ(21)の端面に形成される溝(37)を含むことを特徴とするフューエルポンプモジュール。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフューエルポンプモジュールにおいて、前記樹脂成形体(34)は、前記燃料ポンプ(21)から延びる導線(48)に接続される接続端子(47)を有するカプラー(45)を備えることを特徴とするフューエルポンプモジュール。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフューエルポンプモジュールにおいて、前記樹脂成形体(34)は取り付け片(39)を備えることを特徴とするフューエルポンプモジュール。
