Claims (10)
- 被処理水の流入部と反対側の処理水の流出部とを有する下水処理場の最終沈殿池における固液分離システムにおいて、
前記沈殿池に、前記沈殿池の底面側に向けられる一面と、前記一面側と反対側の他面とを有するとともに前記一面に汚泥の捕捉処理がなされた複数の傾斜板を備え、
前記傾斜板は、前記他面側が流入側に傾けて並置され、
前記沈殿池へは少なくとも500g/m3の活性汚泥浮遊物質濃度の被処理水が8m3/(m2・日)以上の水面積負荷で流入する、固液分離システム。 - 前記傾斜板は、前記一面に均一な凹凸を形成することにより前記汚泥の捕捉処理がなされている請求項1記載の固液分離システム。
- 前記傾斜板は、前記一面に所定の平面形状を有する複数の凹みを形成することにより前記汚泥の捕捉処理がなされている請求項1または2記載の固液分離システム。
- 前記傾斜板は、前記一面と前記他面とで表面粗さが異なる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の固液分離システム。
- 前記傾斜板は、前記一面に、前記一面上の被処理水の流れに沿った方向または直交する方向の1つまたは複数の溝を形成することにより前記汚泥の捕捉処理がなされている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の固液分離システム。
- 前記傾斜板は、前記他面に藻の付着を少なくする防藻処理がなされている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の固液分離システム。
- 前記傾斜板は複数設けられるとともに、前記一面が重力方向に対して20度以上の角度をなし、かつ、前記他面が水平方向に対して10度以上の角度をなして配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の固液分離システム。
- 前記傾斜板は複数設けられるとともに、前記傾斜板が設けられる領域内の被処理水の流入側において前記流入側と反対側よりも狭い間隔で配置され、前記被処理水の流速のばらつきを低減させる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の固液分離システム。
- 前記最終沈殿池の底面に堆積する汚泥の表面と前記傾斜板との距離を検知する手段を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の固液分離システム。
- 被処理水の流入部と反対側の処理水の流出部とを有する下水処理場の最終沈殿池において用いられ、少なくとも500g/m3の活性汚泥浮遊物質濃度の被処理水が8m3/(m2・日)以上の水面積負荷で流入する固液分離システムに用いられる傾斜板であって、
前記沈殿池の底面側に向けられる一面と、前記一面の反対面であって流入側に傾けられる他面とを有するとともに前記一面に汚泥の捕捉処理がなされている傾斜板。
