Claims (5)
- 軸状の第1回転部材および該第1回転部材に相対回転可能に支持された第2回転部材と、前記第1回転部材に相対回転不能に連結されたクラッチハブと前記第2回転部材に連結されたクラッチドラムとにそれぞれ交互に相対回転不能に係合し且つ互いに重ねられて相互に摩擦係合可能な複数の摩擦係合要素と、該摩擦係合要素を押圧するピストンおよび該ピストンを駆動するピストン駆動装置とを備え、該ピストンに押圧されることにより発生する前記摩擦係合要素の間の摩擦により前記第1回転部材および第2回転部材を選択的に連結する車両用クラッチ機構であって、
前記クラッチハブは、前記第1回転部材に相対回転不能に連結されたクラッチハブ本体と、該クラッチハブ本体に対して相対回転可能に設けられ、前記摩擦係合要素の内周側が相対回転不能に係合させられたインナーハブとから構成され、
前記インナーハブに対して相対回転不能且つ前記第1回転部材の回転軸線方向の相対移動可能に設けられ、前記クラッチハブ本体と相対回転不能に係合する位置まで前記ピストンに連動して移動させられるスリーブが、備えられ、

ことを特徴とする車両用クラッチ機構。 - 前記ピストン駆動装置は、前記軸状の第1回転部材に相対回転可能に支持され、外周面にねじ溝が形成された円筒状ねじ部材と、該円筒状ねじ部材に螺合され、前記ピストンに推力を付与するナット部材と、減速機を介して前記円筒状ねじ部材を回転駆動する電動機とを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用クラッチ機構。 - 前記減速機は、前記円筒状ねじ部材に同心に固定されたウォームホイールと、該ウォームホイールの外周歯と噛み合い、前記電動機により回転駆動されるウォームとを有するウォーム式減速機から構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項2の車両用クラッチ機構。 - 前記ピストン駆動装置は、ボールの一部を嵌め入れる第1カム溝が対向面に形成され、前記第1回転部材に相対回転可能に支持された第1カム板と、前記ボールの他の一部を嵌め入れる第2カム溝が対向面に形成され、前記第1回転部材に相対回転不能に支持された第2カム板とが、前記ボールを挟持した状態で前記ピストンと前記第1回転部材に設けられたストッパとの間に介在させられ、該第1カム板と非回転部材との間に設けられた電磁式摩擦ブレーキにより制動トルクが該第1カム板に作用されると、前記第1カム板と第2カム板との間の距離が増大させられて前記ピストンに推力を付与するものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用クラッチ機構。 - 前記ピストン駆動装置は、油圧室と、該油圧室の開口に摺動可能に嵌合されて該油圧室内の作動油圧によって突き出される油圧ピストンとを有する油圧シリンダから構成されたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用クラッチ機構。
