Claims (6)
- 共通軸線上に配列された入力軸および出力軸と、前記入力軸の回転を変速して前記出力軸に伝達するハイロー切替機構と、前記出力軸とは動力の出力先を別にする出力部材と、前記出力軸の動力の一部を調整して前記出力部材に伝達するクラッチと、を備える車両用トランスファであって、
電動モータと、
前記出力軸に支持され、互いに螺合するネジ軸部材およびナット部材のいずれか一方のネジ部材が前記電動モータにより回転駆動されることによって、前記ナット部材が前記共通軸線方向に移動するネジ機構と、
前記ナット部材の移動を前記クラッチに伝達する第1伝達機構と、
前記共通軸線と平行に配置され第2軸線方向に移動可能に支持されるフォーク軸と、
前記一方のネジ部材に設けられて、前記共通軸線まわりに回転し、カム溝が外周面に形成されたドラムカムと、
前記ドラムカムのカム溝に係合するカム係合部材を含み、前記ドラムカムの前記共通軸線まわりの回動に応じて前記カム係合部材を介して前記フォーク軸を前記第2軸線方向に移動させる第2伝達機構と、
前記フォーク軸に設けられ、前記フォーク軸の前記第2軸線方向の移動を、前記ハイロー切替機構に伝達するフォークと、
前記ハイロー切替機構で高速側ギヤ段を成立させる前記フォーク軸の位置において、前記フォーク軸に形成された凹部に離脱可能に係合し、前記フォーク軸の前記第2軸線方向の移動を拘束するロック部材と、を備え、
前記ドラムカムのカム溝には、
前記ハイロー切替機構が、前記フォークにより伝達される前記フォーク軸の前記第2軸線方向の移動により高速側ギヤ段と低速側ギヤ段とを切替えるように、前記フォーク軸を前記第2軸線方向に移動させる第1溝と、
前記フォーク軸が前記ハイロー切替機構で高速側ギヤ段を成立させる位置において、前記電動モータの回転によって前記ネジ機構が前記共通軸線方向に移動し前記第1伝達機構が前記クラッチに当接するように、前記ハイロー切替機構において前記高速側ギヤ段が成立され且つ前記クラッチから前記第1伝達機構が離間するH2位置と、前記ハイロー切替機構において前記高速側ギヤ段が成立され且つ前記クラッチに前記第1伝達機構が当接するH4位置とに、前記第1伝達機構を切り替える第2溝と、が形成されていることを特徴とする車両用トランスファ。 - 前記ロック部材は、前記ドラムカムの第1溝によって前記高速側ギヤ段から前記低速側ギヤ段に切り替えられる時には前記フォーク軸の凹部から離脱され、前記ドラムカムの第2溝によって前記第1伝達機構を前記H2位置から前記H4位置に切り替える時には前記フォーク軸の凹部に係合させられるように、ロック用スプリングによって前記フォーク軸側に付勢されている請求項1の車両用トランスファ。
- 前記出力軸の両端部のうち前記ドラムカム側の端部を回転可能に支持する出力軸支持ベアリングは、前記ドラムカムの前記共通軸線方向の長さ範囲内に前記ドラムカムの内側に配置される請求項1または2の車両用トランスファ。
- 前記第1溝は、前記共通軸線に対して傾斜する方向に伸びており、
前記電動モータによって前記一方のネジ部材が前記共通軸線まわりに回動されると共に前記ドラムカムが前記共通軸線まわりに回動させられると、前記第1溝に沿って前記カム係合部材が、前記ナット部材の前記共通軸線方向の移動量より大きい移動量で前記フォーク軸の第2軸線方向に移動させられる請求項1から3のいずれか1の車両用トランスファ。 - 前記ナット部材は、複数のボールを介して前記ネジ軸部材と螺合する請求項1から4のいずれか1の車両用トランスファ。
- 前記カム係合部材は、そのカム係合部材の前記共通軸線方向の移動をバネ部材を介して前記フォーク軸に伝達する待ち機構を備える請求項1から5のいずれか1の車両用トランスファ。
