Claims (3)
- 同軸ケーブルの外部導体が接続される筒状の外部シェルと、該外部シェルの内側に同心状に配置され、前記同軸ケーブルの複数の線材を撚り合わせた中心導体が接続される中心コンタクトと、前記外部シェルと中心コンタクトとの間に介在させたインシュレータとを備え、前記外部シェルの前記インシュレータで隔てられた軸方向の一方より前記同軸ケーブルが接続され、他方より相手コネクタが接続される同軸コネクタであって、
前記外部シェル内の前記インシュレータより同軸ケーブル接続側に形成された樹脂充填用空隙部と、前記外部シェル内の前記インシュレータより相手コネクタ接続側に開口し、前記樹脂充填用空隙部と連通する樹脂注入口と、該樹脂注入口より前記樹脂充填用空隙部内に充填され、前記中心導体と前記外部シェルとの間及び前記同軸ケーブルの誘導体と前記外部シェルとの間を封止する気密用樹脂とを備え、
前記中心コンタクトは、前記中心導体が挿入される導体挿入孔と、該導体挿入孔と連通し、且つ、前記中心コンタクトの外周面に開口した封鎖孔とを備え、前記導体挿入孔に挿入された中心導体を前記中心コンタクトに半田付けするとともに前記封鎖孔を半田で封止するようにし、
前記樹脂注入口は、針状の注入口が挿入可能なことを特徴とする気密型同軸コネクタ。 - 前記外部シェル内の相手コネクタ接続側に開口し、前記樹脂充填用空隙部と連通した空気抜き口を備えた請求項1に記載の気密型同軸コネクタ。
- 前記樹脂注入口及び/又は空気抜き口は、前記インシュレータを軸方向に貫通した孔状又は溝状に形成された請求項2に記載の気密型同軸コネクタ。
