Claims (4)
- 尿素水タンク内の尿素水を、サプライポンプにて吸い込み、これを圧送ラインを介してSCR装置の上流側に設けたドージングバルブから噴射するための尿素SCR用尿素水消費量診断装置において、
前記尿素水タンク内の尿素水のレベルを段階的に検出する尿素水センサと、
前記尿素水センサから入力される検出値から積算消費量を算出すると共に尿素水の補充後の尿素水センサのレベル変化から補充量を算出して、積算消費量を訂正する消費量算出手段と、
ドージングバルブから噴射する尿素水の積算指示噴射量が判定量以上となったとき、消費量算出手段で算出した積算消費量と積算指示噴射量とを比較して圧送ライン又はドージングバルブ内での尿素水の詰まりの有無を判断する異常診断手段とを備え、
前記消費量算出手段は、尿素水タンクに補充があったときの尿素水センサの変化レベル値に対して1レベル減じたレベル値を補充量として記憶することを特徴とする尿素SCR用尿素水消費量診断装置。 - 消費量算出手段は、尿素水タンクに尿素水が補充されたとき、尿素水センサの変化レベル値に対して1レベル減じたレベル値を補充量として記憶し、異常診断手段で異常診断を行うときに尿素水センサから算出した積算消費量に補充量を足した値を積算消費量として異常診断手段に出力する請求項1記載の尿素SCR用尿素水消費量診断装置。
- 異常診断手段は、指示噴射量積算手段からの積算指示噴射量と消費量算出手段からの積算消費量が入力され、積算指示噴射量が判定量を超えたとき、その積算指示噴射量とそのときの積算消費量とを比較して、両者の差が一定量を超えたときに尿素水消費量異常と判定し、超えなかったときに正常と判定する請求項1又は2記載の尿素SCR用尿素水消費量診断装置。
- 前記判定量は、尿素水の積算指示噴射量が、数L〜十数Lの間で設定される請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の尿素SCR用尿素水消費量診断装置。
