- 外側シース;
外側シースに連結されたハンドル;

ステント係合要素に連結された、ハンドルに従って可動であるユーザーによる駆動が可能な要素;
ユーザーによる駆動が可能な要素の運動を制限する第一の位置に付勢されたストッパーであって、通路を含み、ユーザーによる駆動が可能な要素が該通路を通過することを可能にする第二の位置を有する、ストッパー
を含むデバイスであって、
ステント係合要素の近位および遠位運動が、ステント係合要素によるステントの複数の係合によって外側シースの外に、遠位にステントを前進させる、デバイス。 - ユーザーによる駆動が可能な要素が、ハンドルのスロット内で可動である、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 第一の位置において、ユーザーによる駆動が可能な要素の運動が、スロットの全長未満に制限され、第二の位置において、ユーザーによる駆動が可能な要素が、スロットの全長を移動することが可能となる、請求項2記載のデバイス。
- ユーザーによる駆動が可能な要素の遠位運動が、機械による外側シースの同時の引き込みを伴わずに遠位にステントを推進させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載のデバイス。
- ユーザーによる駆動が可能な要素の近位運動が、ステントを遠位に推進しない、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載のデバイス。
- 通路がスロットと整列しない第一の位置から、通路がスロットと整列する第二の位置へ、ストッパーが回転可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のデバイス。
- ステント係合要素が、シャベルのように形作られている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載のデバイス。
- ステント係合要素が、ステントの内腔内で近位にスライドする時に内側に折り畳まれるように構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載のデバイス。
- ステント係合要素がフレックススロットを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載のデバイス。
- ユーザーによる駆動が可能な要素が、通路を有する要素によってステント係合要素に連結される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載のデバイス。
- ガイドワイヤを受けるように構成された、通路を有する要素内に位置付けられた部分を有する内部要素
をさらに含む、請求項10記載のデバイス。 - 外側シース内にステントをさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載のデバイス。
