Claims (2)
- 圧力容器内の圧力が所定値を上回ったときに開弁して前記圧力を開放する防爆弁を前記圧力容器の孔部に対し前記圧力容器の外側から装着する防爆弁構造であって、
前記防爆弁は、前記孔部に挿入される筒状部と、前記筒状部の一方の端部またはその近傍に設けられるとともに前記孔部における容器外側の開口周縁部に係合する外側フランジ部と、前記筒状部の他方の端部またはその近傍に設けられるとともに前記孔部における容器内側の開口周縁部に係合する係止め突起と、前記筒状部の内周側に設けられるとともに開弁時に前記圧力により破裂する膜部とを一体に有し、
さらに、前記孔部の内径寸法をd 1 、前記筒状部の外径寸法をd 2 、前記係止め突起の外径寸法をd 3 、前記外側フランジ部の外径寸法をd 4 として、

の関係に設定したことを特徴とする防爆弁構造。 - 請求項1記載の防爆弁を2つ割構造の成形型により成形する防爆弁構造の製造方法であって、
前記2つ割構造における型割り箇所を前記防爆弁における前記係止め突起の位置に配置し、
前記成形型を用いて前記防爆弁を成形し型開きした後、前記外側フランジ部を前記成形型から無理抜きすることを特徴とする防爆弁構造の製造方法。
