Claims (2)
- シリンダを駆動するシリンダ駆動装置であって、
ピストンロッドに設けられたピストンにより仕切られる第1室及び第2室を有するシリンダと、
第1ポート及び第2ポートを有し、いずれか一方のポートから作動流体を吐出可能なポンプと、
作動流体を貯留するタンクと、
前記第1室と前記第1ポートを連通させる第1通路と、
前記第2室と前記タンクを連通させる第2通路と、
前記第2ポートと前記タンクを連通させる第3通路と、
前記第3通路を流れる作動流体に抵抗を付与する絞りと、
前記第1通路に設けられ、前記ポンプから前記第1室への作動流体の流れを許容するとともに、前記ポンプと前記絞りとの間の前記第3通路の作動流体の流体圧に応じて前記第1室から前記ポンプへの作動流体の流れを許容するオペレートチェック弁と、
前記絞りをバイパスするように前記第3通路に接続されるバイパス通路と、
前記バイパス通路に設けられ、前記ポンプへの作動流体の流れのみを許容するチェック弁と、を備え、
前記第2通路の一端が前記絞りよりもタンク側の前記第3通路に接続されることにより、前記第2通路は、前記第3通路を通じて前記タンクに連通し、
前記シリンダは、
前記ポンプが前記第1ポートから作動流体を吐出する場合、吐出された作動流体が前記オペレートチェック弁を介して前記第1室に供給されることで、前記ピストンロッドが伸長方向に移動し、
前記ポンプが前記第2ポートから作動流体を吐出する場合、前記第1室の作動流体が前記オペレートチェック弁を介して前記第1室から排出されることで、前記ピストンロッドが収縮方向に移動するように構成される、ことを特徴とするシリンダ駆動装置。 - 前記シリンダは、
前記第1室内の作動流体の流体圧により前記ピストンロッドが伸長方向に移動し、
前記ピストンロッド側の自重により前記ピストンロッドが収縮方向に移動するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダ駆動装置。
