Claims (16)
- 複数の触媒床を含み得る反応器の種々のレベルに配置された、下降並流様式での気体−液体流のための分配器板であって、前記板は、生じた気体−液体混合物の、前記板の下流に位置する触媒床にわたって均一な分配を確実なものとするためのものであり、前記板は、四角形または三角形のパターンで前記板の表面にわたって規則的に分配された分配要素を備え、分配要素は、直径(d1)および高さ(h1)を有する内側シリンダ(1)、並びに、直径(d2)および高さ(h2)を有する外側シリンダ(2)と称される2つの略同軸のシリンダによって構成され、外側シリンダ(2)は、前記板の平面に対して高さ(h3)の分だけ上へ上げられ、2つのシリンダを隔てる下部水平面(5)は、閉鎖されかつ分配器板の基部(base)から、10〜100mmの範囲の高さ(h3)の分だけ上方に位置し、外側シリンダ(2)の側壁は、気体および液体の、環状帯域(3)への進入を可能とする略垂直スロット(4)を少なくとも1つ備え、気体−液体混合物は、上昇流の流れとして環状帯域(3)内を流され、次いで、内側シリンダ(1)の上方開口部(6)を介して内側シリンダ(1)内へと入り、内側シリンダ(1)内を降下し、次いで、内側シリンダ(1)の下端に位置する開口部(7)を介して排出される、分配器板。
- 前記下部水平面(5)が、閉鎖されかつ分配器板の基部(base)から、20〜60mmの範囲の高さ(h3)の分だけ上方に位置している請求項1に記載の分配器板。
- 高さ(h4)を有する垂直スロット(4)の数は、1〜3の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の下降並流様式での気体−液体流のための分配器板。
- 分配要素間のピッチは、100〜200mmの範囲の寸法を有する四角形または三角形のパターンである、請求項1または2に記載の下降並流様式での気体−液体流のための分配器板。
- 分配要素の全高は、200〜400mmの範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の下降並流様式での気体−液体流のための分配器板。
- 分配要素の寸法は:
(h2)が、100〜500mmの範囲であり;
(d2)が、15〜300mmの範囲であり;
(h1)が、100〜500mmの範囲であり;
(d1)が、10〜100mmの範囲であり;
(h4)が、10〜500mmの範囲であり;
(ef)が、1〜5mmの範囲であり;
(h3)が、10〜100mmの範囲であり;

- 2つのシリンダ、すなわち内側シリンダおよび外側シリンダは、完全に同軸ではなく、それら2つの軸の間に0〜(d2−d1)/4の範囲の距離の分だけ中心ずれを生じる、請求項1または2に記載の下降並流様式での気体−液体流のための分配器板。
- 分配器板は、一式の円錐偏向器をさらに備え、各偏向器は、分配要素の下に置かれ、円錐の広がった部分は、下方に向けられている、請求項1または2に記載の下降並流様式での気体−液体流のための分配器板。
- 分配器板は、20〜300mmの範囲の距離の分だけ分配器板の下方に置かれた一式のスクリーンをさらに備え、前記一式のスクリーン要素はそれぞれ異なる高さの水平面に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の下降並流様式での気体−液体流のための分配器板。
- 4〜20個の炭素原子を含むオイルカットの水素化処理、水素化または酸化のための方法における、請求項1または2に記載の分配器板の使用。
- トリクルベッド様式で気体および液体の並流下降流で、すなわち液体の表面速度が0.1〜1.5cm/sで、用いる任意の方法における請求項1または2に記載の分配器板の使用。
- 前記垂直スロット(4)の数が、1〜2である請求項1または2に記載の分配器板。
- 前記(h2)が、200〜400mmの範囲であり;
前記(d2)が、50〜200mmの範囲であり;
前記(h1)が、200〜400mmの範囲であり;
前記(d1)が、25〜75mmの範囲であり;
前記(h4)が、100〜300mmの範囲であり;
前記(ef)が、1〜3mmの範囲であり;
前記(h3)が、20〜60mmの範囲である

- 8〜20個の炭素原子を含むオイルカットの水素化処理、水素化または酸化のための方法における、請求項1または2に記載の分配器板の使用。
