Claims (18)
- 底部形状を最適化したプレフォームを製造する方法であって、少なくとも1つの射出成型される熱可塑性材料から製造を完成した前記プレフォームが、プレフォーム軸部よりもプレフォーム丸頂部領域で著しく薄い壁厚を有し、前記プレフォームの壁厚がスプルー部から前記プレフォーム軸部へ向けて漸次一様化され、前記プレフォームがブロー成形容器に成形するために設けられている前記方法において、
最初の集中冷却後に前記プレフォームの外被が硬化した後に金型を開き、前記プレフォームを、取り出しアームと該取り出しアームの冷却スリーブとを用いて、開いた前記金型から取り出すこと、
前記冷却スリーブが接触冷却によりプレフォーム丸頂部ではなくプレフォーム軸部をエンボス工程の前に冷却及び硬化すること、
前記プレフォーム丸頂部を90℃から150℃の間の温度範囲へ再熱すること、
再熱された塑性変形可能な前記プレフォーム丸頂部を、前記冷却スリーブの幾何学的形状に依存してエンボス体を用いて所定の形状に機械的に成形し、その際、前記プレフォーム丸頂部に、前記冷却スリーブの内側輪郭と前記エンボス体の外側輪郭が写し取られ、そして、
エンボス工程後に前記冷却スリーブとの壁接触によって前記プレフォーム丸頂部を冷却すること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 幾何学的に特定された前記エンボス体及び脱気孔を備えた、エンボスマンドレルが、幾何学的に特定された前記冷却スリーブの内側の底部輪郭との組み合わせで、前記プレフォーム丸頂部の可塑性プラスチックを、前記内側輪郭及び前記外側輪郭の間の容積がプラスチックで完全に充填されてエンボスストロークを制限するまで、可塑性物の引張り、プレス、押し出しによって変形させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エンボス工程中に、前記プレフォームを、支持リングでおよび/または新しい底部輪郭部内側の丸頂部領域で球体形状の円環部によって軸線方向で支持することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記エンボス工程はどのプロセス部分においても時間的に自由に特定可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- エンボス加工力は、機械的または空気圧的ばねによって各プレフォームに対し個別に調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記エンボス体を温度調整または冷却することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記冷却スリーブおよび/または前記エンボス体がプレフォーム底部をボトル形状に対する特殊な要請のために成形することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- エンボス工程を実施する前に1秒ないし20秒の待機時間が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 容器製造のためのブロープロセスに対し丸頂部の形状を最適化したプレフォームを製造するための装置であって、製造を完成した前記プレフォームが、スプルー点で、軸部領域よりも著しく薄い壁厚を有し、前記丸頂部での他の壁厚の推移が前記スプルー点を起点として漸次プレフォーム軸部の壁厚に適合している前記装置において、
1つまたは複数の型キャビティを備えた金型が、前記プレフォームの幾何学的形態の最初の成形の用を成し、射出成形装置がプラスチック原料を塑性化し、このプラスチック物を、閉じた前記金型のキャビティ内へ加圧して装入し、冷却される冷却スリーブの1つまたは複数のキャビティでもって前記プレフォームを取り出すように構成された取り出しアームと、冷却スリーブ内部幾何学的形態とが、前記プレフォーム軸部に対し接触冷却を提供し、プレフォーム底部の領域では部分的にまたは全く接触冷却を提供せず、弾性支持され且つ半径方向において浮動支持されるエンボス体を備えたマンドレルが、開いた前記プレフォーム内へ軸線方向に進入し、その結果前記冷却スリーブと前記エンボス体との特殊に構成された幾何学的形態と、前記エンボス体の軸線方向への移動とにより、前記プレフォーム丸頂部に、有利には完成したプレフォームの形状を描く中空室が生じること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記エンボス体が弾性材料(たとえばシリコン)または硬い材料および熱伝導材料から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記エンボス体が冷却または温度調整されていることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却スリーブが液冷されていることを特徴とする、請求項9から11までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記エンボス体が軸線方向で弾性支持され、弾性力は個別に決定されることを特徴とする、請求項9から12までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記エンボス体が半径方向において浮動支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項9から13までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 各エンボスマンドレルが、予め選定可能なストローク長さおよび動力を備えた個別のアキシアルドライブを有していることを特徴とする、請求項9から14までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記冷却スリーブが底部領域において、および/または、前記エンボス体が、前記プレフォーム丸頂部の表面を粗くすることによりまたはリブを設けることにより表面積を拡大させていることを特徴とする、請求項9から15までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記冷却スリーブが底部領域において、および/または、前記エンボス体が、特殊な形状底部のブロー成形を支援する幾何学的形態を有していることを特徴とする、請求項9から16までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記エンボスマンドレル(18)が少なくとも1つの脱気孔(25)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項9から17までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
