Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UM CONTORNO DE FUNDO OTIMIZADO EM PRÉ-FORMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo para a produção de uma pré-forma com uma geometria de fundo otimizada para o processo de moldagem soprado por estiramento subsequente. A pré-forma produzida na ferramenta de moldagem por injeção é retirada em uma luva de retirada refrigerada e no corpo é refrigerada por meio de refrigeração por contato intenso, ao passo que a calota esférica da pré-forma amplamente não é submetida a nenhum contato de refrigeração devido ao contorno especial da luva de refrigeração. Em virtude do reaquecimento assim possibilitado desta calota esférica, esta pode ser deformada mecanicamente para receber uma geometria nova, vantajosa para o processo de sopro, e com isso, também pode ser influenciada a espessura da parede. Uma pré-forma assim moldada apresenta no processo de sopro seguinte principalmente a vantagem de que o material sintético melhor distribuído na garrafa pode produzir economias consideráveis de material e fundos de garrafas de alta qualidade.
