Description
(X)ウレタン結合を含んでなる熱可塑性ポリエステル、および/または
(Y)ポリウレタンエラストマーおよび熱可塑性ポリエステル
を含んでなる本発明による方法ならびに多層構造物および多成分物品によって達成された。
(i)ウレタン結合を含んでなる直鎖熱可塑性ポリエステル、および/または
(ii)ウレタン結合を含んでなるコポリエステルエラストマー
を含んでなる。
a.熱可塑性ポリアミドポリマーまたはそのコポリマーを含んでなり、かつ融解温度または軟化温度TAを有するポリアミド材料(A)をポリマー材料用に選択する工程と、
b.融解温度または軟化温度TBを有し、かつ
(X)ウレタン結合を含んでなる熱可塑性ポリエステル、および/または
(Y)ポリウレタンハードブロック(U)およびポリマーソフトブロック(S)を含んでなるポリウレタンエラストマー(TPU)および熱可塑性ポリエステル
を含んでなるポリエステル材料(B)をポリエステル材料用に選択する工程と、
c.ポリアミド材料(A)を温度T1まで加熱し、かつポリエステル材料(B)を温度T2まで加熱する工程であるが、
i.T1はTAより高く、かつT2はTBより高いか、または
ii.T1はTAより高く、かつT2はTBより低く、かつ(T1+T2)/2>TBであるか、または
iii.T1はTAより低く、かつT2はTBより高く、かつ(T1+T2)/2>TAである工程と、
d.T1がTAより高い場合、T1でポリアミド材料(A)を加工し、かつ/またはT2がTBより高い場合、T2でポリエステル材料(B)を加工する工程と、
e.ポリアミド材料(A)をポリエステル材料(B)と接触させ、それによってポリアミド材料(A)とポリエステル材料(B)が互いに直接接触する界面領域(Z)を形成する工程と、
f.(A)と(B)との間で直接接触を維持しながら、TAおよびTBより低い温度までポリアミド材料(A)およびポリエステル材料(B)を冷却する工程と、
を含んでなる。
i.ウレタン結合を有する直鎖熱可塑性ポリエステル(PEU)、および/または
ii.ポリエステルハードブロック(E)、ポリマーソフトブロック(S)およびウレタン結合(U)を含んでなるコポリエステルエラストマー(TPE−EUS)
であってよい。それぞれPEU(iの場合)およびTPE−EUS(iiの場合)は、場合により、ポリエステルハードブロック(E)とポリマーソフトブロック(S)とを含んでなるコポリエステルエラストマーおよび/または直鎖熱可塑性ポリエステルのような、それぞれ場合によりウレタン結合を含まない熱可塑性ポリエステルと混合されてもよい。
−ポリアミド材料(A)を温度T1まで加熱し、かつポリエステル材料(B)を温度T2まで加熱する工程であるが、
i.T1はTmAより高く、かつT2はTmBより高いか、または
ii.T1はTmAより高く、かつT2はTmBより低く、かつ(T1+T2)/2>TmBであるか、または
iii.T1はTAより低く、かつT2はTmBより高く、かつ(T1+T2)/2>TmAである工程
と等しく読める。
a)30〜100重量%の熱可塑性ポリアミドポリマーと、
b)熱可塑性ポリアミドおよび他のポリマー成分の全重量に対して0〜25重量%の、熱可塑性ポリアミドポリマー以外のポリマー成分と、
c)0〜50重量%の補強剤と、
d)0〜50重量%の無機フィラーおよび/または難燃剤と、
e)0〜20重量%の他の添加剤と
を含んでなり、a)、c)、d)およびe)の重量%は、ポリマー材料Aの全重量に対するものである。
a)30〜100重量%のウレタン結合を含んでなる熱可塑性ポリエステルポリマーおよび/または熱可塑性ポリエステルを加えたTPUと、
b)熱可塑性ポリアミド、TPUおよび他のポリマー成分の全重量に対して0〜25重量%の、熱可塑性ポリエステルポリマーおよびTPU以外のポリマー成分と、
c)0〜50重量%の補強剤と、
d)0〜50重量%の無機フィラーおよび/または難燃剤と、
e)0〜20重量%の他の添加剤と
を含んでなり、a)、c)、d)およびe)の重量%は、ポリエステル材料Bの全重量に対するものである。
(X)ウレタン結合を含んでなる熱可塑性ポリエステル、および/または
(Y)ポリウレタンエラストマーおよび熱可塑性ポリエステル
を含んでなり、ポリマー層(I)とポリエステル層(II)とが直接接触し、界面領域Zを介して互いに接着する多層構造物に関する。
(X)ウレタン結合を含んでなる熱可塑性ポリエステル、および/または
(Y)ポリウレタンエラストマー(TPU)および熱可塑性ポリエステル
を含んでなり、(I)と(II)が直接接触し、界面領域Zを介して互いに接着する多
成分物品にも関する。
[材料]
以下の材料を使用した。
材料をそのまま使用したか、または表1に示される比率で混合し、共押出し、PAからなる2層の外部層と、TPE−EUS−1、TPE−EUS−2もしくはTPE−E、またはTPE−EUS−1とTPE−Eとの組み合わせからなる中間層とから構成される3層フィルムを形成した。
ポリエステル層とポリアミド層との間の接着力を測定するために適用される方法は、ASTM標準方法D1876−00e1によるT−ピール試験である。T−ピール試験は、TestControl Unit,testXpert II,V2.01 Softwareと、100N,kap−Z Load−cell、または同様の装置を備えたZwickZ010引張機で実行された。試験は、150mm/分の一定速度での横断移動を使用して周囲温度(±23℃)で実行された。試験試料の幅の補正によって、測定された接着力(N)を標準化された接着力(N/mm)に標準化した。
3層フィルムの組成、使用された材料、ピール試験でこれらのフィルムで得られる結果を表1に要約した。
[PA上でのTPE−EUSおよびTPE−ESのオーバーモールド]
Arburg 150射出成形装置でオーバーモールド試験を行なった。ポリアミド−6の標準射出成形装置と標準射出成形条件を使用して、PA材料から第1のプレートを成形した。プレートのサイズは、120×120×2mmであった。射出条件は以下の通りであった:スクリュー温度設定は、取入れで220℃であり、ダイで250℃まで徐々に高くなり、射出速度は150mm/分であり、型温度は40℃であり、保持時間は1秒であり、かつ保持圧力は30バールであった。PAプレートが基板として使用されたオーバーモールド試験に関しては、型サイズを120×120×4mmに変更した。PAプレートは、オーバーモールドする樹脂がPAプラークに対して成形された後に型の密閉側に挿入される。オーバーモールド条件は以下の通りであった。スクリュー温度は、取入れからダイまで220℃から250℃まで高くなり、射出速度は150mm/分であり、型温度は40℃であり、保持時間は5秒であり、かつ保持圧力は30バールである。
オーバーモールドされたプラークの組成、および使用される材料、ならびにこれらのプラークで得られる結果を表2にまとめた。
Claims (4)
- ポリアミドポリマーまたはそのコポリマーを含んでなるポリマー材料と、ポリエステルポリマーまたはそのコポリマーを含んでなるポリエステル材料とを相互に接着する方法であって、
a.熱可塑性ポリアミドを含んでなり、かつ軟化温度TAを有するポリアミド材料(A)をポリマー材料用に選択する工程と、
b.軟化温度TBを有し、かつ
(X)ウレタン結合を含んでなる熱可塑性ポリエステルであって、
ポリエステルハードブロックと、ポリマーソフトブロックと、ウレタン結合とを含んでなるコポリエステルエラストマー
を含んでなるポリエステル材料(B)をポリエステル材料用に選択する工程と、
c.ポリアミド材料(A)を温度T1まで加熱し、かつポリエステル材料(B)を温度T2まで加熱する工程であるが、
i.T1はTAより高く、かつT2はTBより高いか、または
ii.T1はTAより高く、かつT2はTBより低く、かつ(T1+T2)/2>TBであるか、または
iii.T1はTAより低く、かつT2はTBより高く、かつ(T1+T2)/2>TAである工程と、
d.T1がTAより高い場合、T1でポリアミド材料(A)を成形し、かつ/またはT2がTBより高い場合、T2でポリエステル材料(B)を成形する工程と、
e.前記ポリアミド材料(A)を前記ポリエステル材料(B)と接触させ、それによって界面領域(Z)を形成する工程であって、該界面領域(Z)を介して前記ポリアミド材料(A)と前記ポリエステル材料(B)が互いに直接接触する工程と、
f.(A)と(B)との間で直接接触を維持しながら、TAおよびTBより低い温度まで前記ポリアミド材料(A)および前記ポリエステル材料(B)を冷却する工程と、
を含んでなり、前記工程a,bは前記工程c,d,eより先に実行され、前記工程c,d,eに続いて前記工程fが実行され、TAおよびTBは示差走査熱量測定(DSC)(2回実行、10℃/分)で測定される方法。 - 前記コポリエステルエラストマーが、ポリエーテルソフトブロック、ポリエステルソフトブロックおよび/またはポリカーボネートソフトブロック、ならびに/あるいはPBTまたはPETから誘導される繰り返し単位を含んでなるハードブロック、ならびに/あるいはメチレン−ジフェニル−ジイソシアネートから誘導されるウレタン結合を含んでなる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 式−O−C−N−R−N−C−O−によって表される単位の含有量が、前記ポリエステル材料(B)のポリマー成分の全重量に基づき、0.5〜20重量%の範囲である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- −前記ポリアミド材料(A)からなる第1の層または部分(I)と、
−前記ポリエステル材料(B)からなる第2の層または部分(II)と
を含んでなり、前記第1の層または部分(I)と前記第2の層または部分(II)が、界面領域(Z)を介して互いに直接接触している多層構造物および/または多成分物品の製造に使用される請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
