Description
また、第1の電線を2本用いた場合、前記電線固定片が一方の前記第1の電線の外周面に接し、前記第1の電線よりも大径の第2の電線を1本用いた場合、前記電線固定片の両端部のみが前記第2の電線の外周面に当たり、前記第1の電線及び前記第2の電線のいずれの電線を用いた場合でも、前記電線固定片から前記ボルト挿通部までの距離は、前記ボルト挿通部に前記ボルトが通される位置に保たれるので、電線をサイドカバーの電線固定片にテープ巻き固定する作業を容易に行うことができ、かつ、共通のサイドカバー及び端子に対し、外径が異なる2種類の電線のうちいずれの電線を用いた場合でもボルト挿通部にボルトの軸部を通す作業を容易に行うことができる電気接続箱を提供することができる。
本発明の第1の実施形態にかかる「電気接続箱」を図1〜9を参照して説明する。本発明の電気接続箱は、自動車に搭載されて、前記自動車に搭載された電子機器に対して電力供給及び信号伝達を行うものである。
本発明の第2の実施形態にかかる「電気接続箱」を図10,11を参照して説明する。また、図10,11において、第1の実施形態と同一構成部分には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (1)
- ボルトが取り付けられるケース本体と、一端部にボルト挿通部が設けられ他端部に電線接続部が設けられた端子と、前記電線接続部に接続された電線と、前記端子を取り付けたサイドカバーと、を備え、前記サイドカバーが前記ケース本体の側面に装着されることにより前記ボルト挿通部に前記ボルトが通される電気接続箱において、
前記サイドカバーに前記電線に沿う電線固定片が設けられ、
前記電線固定片の断面形状は、当該電線固定片の両端部を結ぶ直線に対して前記ボルト挿通部と反対側に前記電線を収容する空間を有する形状であり、
第1の電線を2本用いた場合、前記電線固定片が一方の前記第1の電線の外周面に接し、
前記第1の電線よりも大径の第2の電線を1本用いた場合、前記電線固定片の両端部のみが前記第2の電線の外周面に当たり、
前記第1の電線及び前記第2の電線のいずれの電線を用いた場合でも、前記電線固定片から前記ボルト挿通部までの距離は、前記ボルト挿通部に前記ボルトが通される位置に保たれる
ことを特徴とする電気接続箱。
