Description
Claims (16)
- 燃料タンクが充填手順によって液化ガスで充填されるような液化ガス燃料システムからのガス供給をガス作動エンジンに開始する方法であって、当該方法は:
−前記燃料タンクからエンジンに通じる燃料導管(18)に主蒸発器を含む燃料システムであって、前記主蒸発器は、前記エンジンがガス状のガスにより作動される間に、前記燃料タンク内の液化ガスを蒸発させる、燃料システムと;
−始動され、こうして廃熱を生成するエンジンと;
−該エンジンによって生成された廃熱は、伝熱媒体回路で利用され、伝熱媒体は、前記主蒸発器を介して流れ、
−前記エンジンの作動中に、前記燃料タンク内の圧力は、前記燃料タンクの下部から前記燃料タンクの上部に通じる導管(22.1)に配置された圧力増大蒸発器を含む圧力増大システムの作動を制御することによって制御され、
前記エンジンによって生成された廃熱が利用される伝熱媒体は、前記伝熱媒体回路に連続して直列に接続された前記圧力増大蒸発器及び前記主蒸発器を介して流れ、
充填手順によって、前記燃料タンク内の圧力は、前記エンジンによって必要とされる少なくとも作動圧力とされ、充填手順の後で、前記圧力増大システムは、前記導管(22.1)内の蒸発ガスの流量を制御することによって制御される一方、伝熱媒体は、前記圧力増大蒸発器及び前記主蒸発器を介して制約を受けない流れが可能になる、ことがもたらされる、
方法。 - 当該方法において、前記エンジンの作動の初期段階の間に、前記エンジンによって生成された限られた量の熱のみが利用可能となる場合に、前記圧力増大蒸発器内の蒸発ガスの流量は、前記伝熱媒体回路で利用可能な熱が、前記圧力増大蒸発器よりも前記主蒸発器のために優先されるように制御される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記蒸発ガスの流量は、前記導管(22.1)に配置されたバルブによって制御される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記主蒸発器は、前記エンジンによって生成される廃熱を利用して液化ガスを蒸発させる、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 当該方法において、前記エンジンの作動の初期段階の間に、限られた量の熱のみが、前記エンジンへのガス流量のために利用可能である場合に、前記エンジンの作動が、前記燃料導管(18)のエンジン入口における作動圧力を維持するように制御される一方、前記エンジンによって生成される利用可能な廃熱は、前記燃料タンクの最低許容レベルの圧力が維持される範囲に圧力増大蒸発器のみで使用される、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記燃料タンクの充填手順は、液化ガスが、前記燃料タンク内にもたらされ、前記燃料タンクの下部に導入されたガスが、前記燃料タンク内の液化ガスの表面を下回るように実施され、充填手順の第1の段階の間であって、ガスが前記燃料タンクの下部に導入される間に、前記燃料タンクの圧力が、前記燃料タンク内の液化ガスの表面を超えるように前記燃料タンクの上部のガス空間内に液化ガスを噴霧することにより、所定の設定圧力以下に維持され、充填手順の所定の段階において、充填手順の第2の段階は、前記燃料タンクの上部のガス空間内に噴霧される液化ガスが減少する間に開始され、第2の段階は、前記燃料タンクの所定の充填段階に達するまで実施される、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 第2の段階の終了時に、ガス圧が、前記燃料タンクに接続されたガス利用エンジンによって必要とされるレベルである、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 充填手順の所定の段階の後に、前記燃料タンクの上部のガス空間内への液化ガスを噴射する制御は、第2の所定の設定圧力が、船舶内の前記エンジンに必要なガス供給圧力に対応して設定されるように実施される、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 充填手順の第1の段階の間に前記燃料タンクにもたらされるガスの一部は、前記燃料タンク内の液化ガスの表面を超えるように前記燃料タンクの上部のガス空間内に噴霧される、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 第1の段階の間に、前記燃料タンクの上部のガス空間内に噴霧されるガスの一部が、前記燃料タンク内に導入されるガスの一定の部分となるべく設定される、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 第1の段階の間に、前記燃料タンクの上部のガス空間内に液化ガスを噴霧する速度は、充填手順の所定状態になるまで、前記燃料タンク内の実際のガス圧が、減少傾向を示すように制御される、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 充填手順の間に、前記燃料タンク内の液化ガスの表面を超えるように前記燃料タンクの上部のガス空間内に噴霧される液化ガスは、前記燃料タンクの下部から再循環される、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記燃料タンクの上部のガス空間内に液化ガスを噴霧する速度は、前記燃料タンク内の実際のガス圧力と所定の設定圧力との差に基づいて制御される、
請求項6又は12に記載の方法。 - 第2の段階の間に、前記燃料タンクの上部のガス空間に噴霧される液化ガスの速度が、完全に停止される、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 当該方法において、所定の状態は、第2の段階の持続時間が最小化するように規定される、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - ガス作動エンジンの液化ガス燃料システムであって、当該システムは:
少なくとも1つのガス作動エンジンに接続される燃料タンクと;
該燃料タンクから前記エンジンに通じる燃料導管(18)の主蒸発器と、
前記燃料タンクの底部から前記燃料タンクの上部に通じる導管(22.1)に配置された圧力増大蒸発器と;
制御ユニットと;を備えており、
前記制御ユニットは、請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給を開始する方法を実施するように配置される、
