Claims (14)
- パラジウム塩と、安定化剤と、還元剤と、溶媒とを含む反応混合物を反応させ、パラジウムナノ粒子インクを直接作製することを含み、
前記反応混合物中の前記還元剤の前記パラジウム塩に対するモル比は、1:1〜5:1であり、
前記還元剤は、ヒドラジン化合物、ボラン化合物、またはこれらの混合物であり、
前記パラジウムナノ粒子インクは、前記パラジウムナノ粒子を前記反応混合物から単離せずに直接作製する、パラジウムナノ粒子インクを調製するプロセス。 - パラジウム塩と、安定化剤と、還元剤と、溶媒とを含む反応混合物を反応させ、パラジウムナノ粒子インクを直接作製することを含み、
前記反応混合物中の前記還元剤の前記パラジウム塩に対するモル比は、1:1〜5:1であり、
前記安定化剤は、有機アミンであり、
前記パラジウムナノ粒子インクは、前記パラジウムナノ粒子を前記反応混合物から単離せずに直接作製する、パラジウムナノ粒子インクを調製するプロセス。 - 前記パラジウム塩は、カルボン酸パラジウム、酢酸パラジウム、塩化パラジウム、臭化パラジウム、ヨウ化パラジウム、硝酸パラジウム、硫酸パラジウム、シアン化パラジウム、塩化(エチレンジアミン)パラジウム、塩化ビス(エチレンジアミン)パラジウム、臭化テトラアミンパラジウム、臭化テトラアミンパラジウム一水和物、塩化テトラアミンパラジウム、塩化テトラアミンパラジウム一水和物、ビス(アセチルアセトナト)パラジウム、ジアミン−ジニトロ−パラジウムからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶媒は、炭素原子を8〜18個含むアルカン、炭素原子を8〜18個含むアルコール、イソパラフィン炭化水素、トルエン、メシチレン、キシレン、エチルベンゼン、ジエチルベンゼン、トリメチルベンゼン、メチルエチルベンゼン、テトラヒドロナフタレン、ベンゼン、シクロヘキサン、デカリン、クロロベンゼン、ジクロロベンゼン、トリクロロベンゼン、ニトロベンゼン、シアノベンゼン、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記還元剤は、下記式のヒドラジン化合物である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。

(式中、R1、R2、R3およびR4は、独立して、水素、アルキル基およびアリール基から選択される。) - 前記反応混合物中の前記安定化剤の前記パラジウム塩に対するモル比は、1:1〜10:1である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記パラジウム塩は、前記反応混合物の5〜80重量%を構成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応混合物を20℃〜70℃の温度で反応させる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記パラジウムナノ粒子インクは、5〜80重量%のパラジウムナノ粒子を含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- パラジウム塩と、安定化剤と、溶媒とを含む初期混合物を調製する工程と;
この初期混合物に還元剤を加えて反応混合物を作製する工程であって、前記反応混合物中の前記還元剤の前記パラジウム塩に対するモル比は、1:1〜5:1である工程と;
この反応混合物を混合し、パラジウム塩の少なくとも一部を還元し、パラジウムナノ粒子を前記反応混合物から単離せずにパラジウムナノ粒子インクを直接得る工程と;
場合により、さらなる溶媒を加えることによって、前記インクを希釈する工程とを含み、
前記還元剤は、ヒドラジン化合物、ボラン化合物、またはこれらの混合物である、パラジウムナノ粒子インクを調製するプロセス。 - パラジウム塩と、安定化剤と、溶媒とを含む初期混合物を調製する工程と;
この初期混合物に還元剤を加えて反応混合物を作製する工程であって、前記反応混合物中の前記還元剤の前記パラジウム塩に対するモル比は、1:1〜5:1である工程と;
この反応混合物を混合し、パラジウム塩の少なくとも一部を還元し、パラジウムナノ粒子を前記反応混合物から単離せずにパラジウムナノ粒子インクを直接得る工程と;
場合により、さらなる溶媒を加えることによって、前記インクを希釈する工程とを含み、
前記安定化剤は、有機アミンである、パラジウムナノ粒子インクを調製するプロセス。 - 前記還元剤は、有機ヒドラジンである、請求項10または11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶媒は、炭化水素溶媒である、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応混合物中の前記安定化剤の前記パラジウム塩に対するモル比は、1:1〜10:1である、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
