Claims (4)
- 直流電源が保存されたバッテリーと、前記バッテリーの直流電源を交流電源に変換するインバータと、前記インバータから交流電源を受けて、駆動力を発生させるモータとを含む車両用電力機器、
燃料を燃焼させ、駆動力を発生させて、前記モータと選択的に連結されるエンジン、
前記モータ及びエンジンを選択的に連結させるエンジンクラッチ、
前記モータに連結されて、モータまたはエンジンの駆動力が伝達される変速機、
前記変速機からモータまたはエンジンの駆動力が伝達されて、ホイールを駆動するディファレンシャル、そして
前記車両用電力機器、前記エンジン、さらに前記エンジンクラッチの作動を制御する制御部、を含み、
前記制御部は、
システムレディー状態であるか否かを判断し、システムレディー状態でなければ、システムレディー表示灯を消灯するか又は消灯を維持し、システムレディー状態であれば、前記システムレディー表示灯を点灯するか又は点灯を維持するハイブリッド車両のシステムレディー表示灯の制御において、
運転者が車両を使用している場合に、車両が停止したか否かを判断し、車両が停止していれば、変速機の故障の有無を判断し、
前記システムレディー表示灯が点灯されて、車両が停止した状態で、変速機が故障したと判断された場合に、前記システムレディー表示灯を消灯し、
前記変速機の故障の有無の判断において、変速機が故障していなければ、車両用電力機器の故障の有無を判断し、車両用電力機器が故障していれば、エンジンの停止の有無を判断し、
前記変速機が故障していない場合に、車両用電力機器が故障して、エンジンが停止した状態であれば、前記システムレディー表示灯を消灯し、
前記エンジンの停止の有無の判断において、エンジンが稼動中であれば、エンジンクラッチの故障の有無を判断し、
前記車両用電力機器が故障して、エンジンが稼動中である場合に、エンジンクラッチが故障した状態であれば、前記システムレディー表示灯を消灯することを特徴とする、ハイブリッド車両の走行不可を判断する装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記システムレディー表示灯が点灯されて、車両が停止した状態で、変速機が故障しておらず、車両用電力機器が故障していない場合には、前記システムレディー表示灯の点灯を維持することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の走行不可を判断する装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記システムレディー表示灯が点灯されて、車両が停止した状態で、変速機が故障しておらず、車両用電力機器が故障して、エンジンが稼動中で、エンジンクラッチが故障していない場合には、前記システムレディー表示灯の点灯を維持することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の走行不可を判断する装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記システムレディー表示灯が点灯されて、車両が停止した状態で、モータまたはエンジンの駆動力が正常にディファレンシャルに伝達されない場合に、前記システムレディー表示灯を消灯し、
モータまたはエンジンの駆動力が前記ディファレンシャルに伝達されない場合として、変速機が故障したり、車両用電力機器が故障して、エンジンが停止したり、車両用電力機器が故障して、エンジンが稼動中で、エンジンクラッチが故障した場合を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の走行不可を判断する装置。
