Claims (4)
- タレットパンチプレスにおける上下のタレットに対して着脱交換するための複数のパンチ,ダイを着脱交換自在に備える回転自在なバッファタレット装置であって、パンチを着脱交換自在な複数のパンチ装着穴を円形状に配置して備えた上部バッファタレットと、各パンチに対応するダイを着脱交換自在な複数のダイ装着穴を円形状に配置して備えた下部バッファタレットを同軸心上に一体的に備えると共に、前記上部バッファタレットの径よりも下部バッファタレットの径を大きく形成してあり、複数の前記ダイ装着穴は、前記上部バッファタレットの径よりも大きな径の環状のダイ装着領域に備えられており、前記上部バッファタレットのパンチ装着穴又は下部バッファタレットのダイ装着穴の少なくとも一方の装着穴に近接した位置に、対をなす装着穴に装着してあるパンチ,ダイの待機状態を表示する金型状態表示手段を備えていることを特徴とするバッファタレット装置。
- 請求項1に記載のバッファタレット装置において、前記金型状態表示手段は、A色,B色の複数色を発光するLEDスイッチであり、前記A色の点灯,点滅、B色の点灯,点滅及びA色とB色の点灯,点滅によって金型の待機状態を表示する構成であることを特徴とするバッファタレット装置。
- 請求項2に記載のバッファタレット装置において、前記LEDスイッチの点灯,点滅を制御する点灯点滅制御手段を備え、当該点灯点滅制御手段は、前記タレットパンチプレスにおける制御手段から伝送された交換すべき金型データとバッファタレット装置に備えられている金型データとを比較する比較手段と、この比較手段による比較の結果、交換可能な金型又は交換不要の金型である場合には、その旨の表示をすべく表示形態を指示する表示形態指示部を備えていることを特徴とするバッファタレット装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のバッファタレット装置において、前記上部バッファタレット,下部バッファタレットからタレットパンチプレスにおける上下のタレットへパンチ,ダイを搬送する搬送経路に対応した位置に、又は当該搬送経路に近接した位置に、前記パンチ,ダイに備えられているIDタグを読み取り可能な金型IDリーダを備えていることを特徴とするバッファタレット装置。
