Description
管とシリンジを一体に形成することができる針付きシリンジ及び針付きシリンジの製造方法を提供することにある。
なお、説明は以下の順序で行う。
1.針付きシリンジの構成例
2.針付きシリンジの組み立て
まず、図1〜図7を参照して本発明の実施の形態例(以下、「本例」という。)にかかる針付きシリンジについて説明する。
図1は本例の針付きシリンジを示す斜視図、図2は本例の針付きシリンジの要部を示す斜視図である。図3は本例の針付きシリンジを示す側面図、図4及び図5は本例の針付きシリンジを示す断面図である。
まず、針管3について説明する。
針管3は、ISOの医療用針管の基準(ISO9626:1991/Amd.1:2001(E))で10〜33ゲージのサイズ(外径:φ3.5〜0.2mm)のものを使用し、好ましくは16〜33ゲージ(外径:φ1.7〜0.2mm)のものを使用する。この針管3の軸方向の一端には、針先3aを鋭角にするための刃面が形成されている。そして、針管3の軸方向の一側の針先3aが生体に穿刺される。
次に、シリンジ2について説明する。
シリンジ2は、薬剤が充填される本体6と、この本体6に連続する固定部7を備えている。本体6は、略円筒形に形成されており、この本体6の軸方向の一側に固定部7が連続して形成され、軸方向の他端が開口している。また、プレフィルドシリンジの場合は、この本体6の筒孔6a(図2参照)に薬剤が充填され、本体6の軸方向の他側から押し子のガスケットが打栓される。更に、図4に示すように、本体6の筒孔6aには、固定部7に固定された針管3の軸方向の他端である基端部3bが連通する。
次に、キャップ4について説明する。
図6及び図7に示すように、キャップ4は、略円筒状に形成されており、軸方向の一端が開口し、軸方向の他端が閉じている。このキャップ4は、例えばゴムやエラストマー等の弾性部材から形成される。そして、図6に示すように、キャップ4は、針管3の針先3a及びシリンジ2の固定部7を覆うようにして、シリンジ2の軸方向の一側に取り付けられる。そして、図7に示すように、キャップ4の筒孔4a内に針管3の針先3a側及び固定部7が挿入される。
次に、上述したような構成を有する針付きシリンジ1の組み立て方法について図8を参照して説明する。
図8は、針付きシリンジをインサート成形した状態を示す断面図である。
まず、図8に示すように、針管3の基端部3bを入れ子21の支持部21aによって支持固定する。同様に、針管3の側面を第1の部品22及び第2の部品23のチャック部材26によって支持固定する。次に、針管3の針先3aを第3の部品24のガイド孔24aに挿入し、針管3を金型20に対して真っ直ぐにセットする。これにより、針管3が成型時に変形したり、シリンジ2と針管3の相対的な位置がずれたりすることを防止できる。
Claims (5)
- 生体に穿刺可能な針先を有する針管と、
インサート成形により前記針管と一体に形成されたシリンジと、を備え、
前記シリンジは、薬剤が充填される本体と、前記本体に連続して形成され、かつ前記針管の前記針先を突出させた状態で前記針管を固定する固定部と、を有し、
前記シリンジの前記固定部は、前記針管の周面を支持固定するためのチャック部材が挿通される保持孔と、
前記針管の針先及び前記シリンジの固定部を覆うキャップと、を有し、
前記固定部は、前記針管の前記針先が突出する密着部と、前記密着部と前記本体とを接続する接続部とからなり、
前記密着部は、前記キャップの内面に密着し、
前記保持孔は、前記接続部に形成される
針付きシリンジ。 - 前記保持孔は、前記固定部に保持される前記針管の軸方向と直交して形成される

請求項1に記載の針付きシリンジ。 - シリンジの筒孔を形成する入れ子と、第1の部品と、前記第1の部品と対向する第2の部品と、ガイド孔が形成された第3の部品と、からなる金型と、前記第1の部品及び前記第2の部品に設けられたチャック部材を用いて針付きシリンジを製造する製造方法において、
前記針付きシリンジの針管の基端部を、前記入れ子の支持部により支持固定する工程と、
前記針管の針先を前記第3の部品の前記ガイド孔に挿入する工程と、
前記チャック部材により前記針管の周囲を支持固定する工程と、
前記金型に樹脂を流し込み、インサート成形を行い、前記針管と前記シリンジを一体に形成する工程と、を含み、
前記シリンジにおける前記針管を固定する固定部には、前記針管の前記針先が突出すると共に前記固定部を覆うキャップの内面が密着する密着部と、前記密着部と前記シリンジの本体とを接続する接続部が形成され、
前記接続部には、前記チャック部材が挿入していた保持孔が形成される
